“I'm pleased with the quality of these bands -- and the quick customer service when I realized I had ordered the wrong color hardware on the band. It's hard to find good customer service these days. I'm impressed.”

“The recent purchase was disappointing. I bought a band for my GShock GWM5610 with the adapters. The band is nice but the fit and finish on the adapters is so rough and crude that they won’t fit on the watch rendering the band and adapters useless.”

“I bought a soft silicone watch band in May of 2022. The bands that held the strap down as you wear the watch started ripping. I contacted your customer service line via email and was put in touch with Cory. My gosh, was Cory helpful. I work in customer service, so I know how crappy it can be. Cory was attentive and accommodating. The new watch band I have to replace the old one is right on. Your customer service is top-notch and I am very pleased. Please let Cory know that their efforts are appreciated and, frankly, give 'em a raise.”

“The bands are good and seem to last. Easy to install. Sizes and colors in stock are limited though. Also somehow a leather watch roll was added to my order, which I didn't want, could be I made a mistake too.”
