The body wash gave me Bacterial vaginosis! Diagnosed by my OBGYN. I've been burning for a long time.

On 9/22/24 I started an online order. There was 1 item a Pumpkin Ring Cadle Holder that I had been trying to get for weeks. It was in stock finally. I proceeded to order it along with $100+ in other items. I went to check out and before I could enter my payment info the candle holder was out of stock so I left everything else in the cart and left the website. I check multiple times throughout the day and finally late evening it was showing as available again. I hurried up added it and proceeded to checkout as quickly as possible. My order was placed with the candle holder I had stalked for weeks. The next day I receive notification that that and 2 other items from my order shipped. And the estimated delivery date was 9/27. On 9/27 the date changed to 9/28. On 9/28 it changed to 9/29. On 9/29 it went to on its way without a date listed. Today 10/24 it still states on its way and UPS states sorry of the inconvenience no information is available. I go through the chat option and after the bot I get a live agent who was so happy to help me. After a few minutes of checking to see if the items were still available I'm offered a refund for the items that are no longer in stock and asked if that would be okay with me. Seriously?!?! What other option did I have? Then I was thanked for my understanding and they were happy that they were able to take care of me. WELL I AM VERY UNHAPPY THAT I DIDN'T GET MY ITEMS, HAD NO OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO ME AND WAS TREATED LIKE THEY DID A GREAT JOB HANDLING MY CONCERN WHEN THEY DIDNT DO A GOOD JOB AT ALL! I used to think their customer service was excellent WOW has my opinion on this company changed drastically and I certainly won't recommend them to anyone!

I ordered products online and forgot to add my free birthday reward item. I immediatly contacted online support and by the time I got through Violet the bot to an actual agent she..informed me it was to late to add the one item. The agent then dropped the entire thread of conversation after informing me of this. I then made a call to Bath and Body and the agent did not understand me. She kept me on hold for over 10 minutes where I was informed that my order could not be cancelled nor could they add a simple lip balm product that I wanted to use. The whole process took well over 45 minutes and I do not intend to order anything from this company again. Bath & Body used to be known for their customer service . They clearly no longer care. Their products arent as good as they used to be anyway.

I walk into the bath and body works it's not even about body care any more it's all house hold product I can buy house hold product at Meijer Walmart any store. Not a fan of bath and body any more won't spend my money there no longer also I received a coupon in the mail and drove to another city to use it and was turned away because of my phone number wasn't under that particular coupon I'm done I won't be back. How about give me a coupon for the gas I used to drive to your establishment.. very upset with this company

I am not happy at all. I have 3 body sprays cost me a total of 54.00 and customer service and the store DO NOT WANT TO HELP ME. Even though the body sprays quit working and spraying for me... used to spend a lot of money there for candles body sprays lotion soap and this is how I get treated. My husband and son just spent over 100.00 for my birthday gifts. But we WONT be back with this issue happening. Even the candles get way hot and bubble up towards the half/almost end of them. So becareful they may Start a fire. I wouldn't buy anything from them again.

I will be cancelling my card with Bath & Body Works...3 time's tried to use my rewards points and again didn't take them...called customer service only to be hung up? Bad Company!

I am really disappointed in the way Bath and body Works has decided to no longer stand behind their product! I spent a lot of money every month in there and as many three wick candles, as I buy, of course one here and there is a dud and not all three weeks stay lit! After work today, I went to light, my candles, and two of the wicks continuously would go out, so I took the candle to Bath and body Works only halfway used and they would not give me a refund or any type of store credit because it was halfway gone. I said it literally just quit lighting today, I brought it in right away and they still refused to stand behind their product when I was only able to use half of it Because of defect! I think Bath and body is going to find out. They will lose a lot of customers because they don’t decide to stand behind their product any longer.

I bought an air freshener holder and it started getting a bunch of sticky stuff on the top and on the sides, I don't know if it was the air freshener coming up and around the top and sides or what. I went to the store and explained it to one of the employees, she said that YES, this happens to the decorative holders, I asked her if I could exchange it, she said just a minute left and went in the back, when she returned, she said that they do not exchange it, plus it was more than 90 days that I purchased it. I just looked at her and left the store. For one I was in a good mood and didn't want to go back and forth with her because she just work there. I want to know why are you selling products that you know are going to become unusable and could be dangerous

Received a half dozen emails about an online order and then got one saying it was delivered. It was not. Tracking said it was delivered to a dock. I am a residential customer, so no dock here. Customer service is an automated phone answering system. No people to talk to and the store nearest me where I shop or should say shopped was not able to answer any questions, but she did try at least. I was told to wait two more days and try again. This is horse stuff. They use UPS, the worst shipper on the planet. It is no wonder it is lost. I give customer service for this company an F- It's a shame, the store personnel are super great.

They don't have a email address for customer service, have a spray that turned bad. Wasn't cheap

Consistently fail to prepare online orders on time with a nonchalance that signifies they don't understand the competition of today's market! On a random day you can't get a same-day order despite placing said order before 1pm. Management please replace your Willowbrook Mall lower level staff, Christmas is coming, they will cost you precious business. They sent email notification a day later and I had to wait for them to shop the items when I got there! Needless to say, some items were sold out. Next time, same thing, placed an early order, delayed next day notification and had to wait in the store for the items to be shopped. This third time, I give up. I'm on my way to cancel yet another failed order. I can't! 24+ year customer. Disappointed 😞

The new location on Route 36 West Long Branch NJ. Rude employee at checkout. Visited on 9/7/24. You should learn how to speak to people. I was unfamiliar with the way the rewards work. So I walked up to the counter and I put my candle and my hand soap on the counter and I said oh I think I have a reward. The employee looked at me and she said and what do you think you’re going to use that reward for? I was speechless and A little puzzled I said oh the candle is 1295 doesn’t it have to be 1695 or under? She didn’t explain anything about rewards just kept asking questions. So I picked up my items I put them back. My daughter checked out, and I walked out with nothing. I rather lose the reward than shop in your store ever again. The employee should have explained the process of rewards. I have spent a lot money in your store and online but that’s definitely not happening anymore. Train your employees on customer service. How to speak to customers.

2 xs I ordered and both times they sent to wrong address when new address was added. I called 2nd time and explained gave new address made him repeat to me because I could hardly understand his broken English and yet again he entered wrong address! I would understand a house # but I live 4 provinces away from my last address. Beyond upset. Need customer service who can understand and speak proper English!

I ordered 15 items and received four of those. Two of them were damaged. I spent 15 minutes on hold before I spoke to a representative. The items I did receive were not packed individually, so each item was sticky like they had leaked. Customer Service was very nice, and will refund me what they no longer have and are shipping me the items they do have. I am so disappointed in Bath and Body Works. The inside of my box looked as if Shipping threw in a few returns and called it a day. You could tell, no one cared. There was even a lid thrown in which would have gone on top of my fragrance.

I had a online order with some items I didn't like so I heard you could exchange at the store. I went to Macedonia store 8-21-24 at 4:30 I asked a employee If I could exchange these hand wash soaps from a on line order she said yes. I took my time and found the soaps I like when ready to do exchange the girl at the counter said because these were on sale, so what! She could only give me my money back but not really since it's on a gift card! I can only use at bath n body works. Very frustrated! Because the hand soaps were not on sale I left with 18.00 in a gift card and not happy!

I tried to place a online order, I was having problems with a Halloween item that was 50% off, it was showing up at a higher price, so I called customer service for help and they refuse to adjust the price telling me that was the price of it regardless. So I said ok then she hung up on me and when I went back to my order the Representative had taken it upon herself to delete my entire order, it was for 17 items and over $74.00 I can't believe she would do something like that, when I called back all they said was well we will be happy to take your order now over the phone 🙄 it's all good, money saved for me

I literally just ordered From this company ten minutes ago I noticed that 1 of the items that I ordered had to be picked up from a store an hour away. I try to change the order or cancel the order It would not let me. I had to chat with a representative. Still would not let me alter or cancel. This company clearly does not want to work with it's customers. I will not be ordering from them again. If I can't get the products somewhere else I'll just do without.

I saw online $3.95 for wallflower refills drove from Stoney Creek to Burlington 0 on sale for $3.95 came home thought it was an online deal showing specifically $3.95 nothing was 3.95 online either but it showed on sale. I wasted my gas and time driving for that sale. I’m not sure if I’ll purchase products from them anymore.

Had new wallflower plug for the 4th of July that I only used about 3 weeks leaked all over, went to return it to the store for an exchange was told they no that they could not do that because I did not have a receipt policies have changed. I had a whole bag of goodies that was going to purchase but just left with the lady I will find another place to shop they no longer care about their products or their customers. Who wants to pay $14.95 for product that does not last it only ruins your floors in your walls.
