I saw online $3.95 for wallflower refills drove from Stoney Creek to Burlington 0 on sale for $3.95 came home thought it was an online deal showing specifically $3.95 nothing was 3.95 online either but it showed on sale. I wasted my gas and time driving for that sale. I’m not sure if I’ll purchase products from them anymore.

Had new wallflower plug for the 4th of July that I only used about 3 weeks leaked all over, went to return it to the store for an exchange was told they no that they could not do that because I did not have a receipt policies have changed. I had a whole bag of goodies that was going to purchase but just left with the lady I will find another place to shop they no longer care about their products or their customers. Who wants to pay $14.95 for product that does not last it only ruins your floors in your walls.

They have affiliated with the highly unprofessional and worst delivery partner XpressBees which would just make false attempts on paper and never show up to deliver your order. After 2 weeks of continuous follow-ups after the actual delivery date, they finally agreed to refun. Such a degraded experience I had from so called international brand. They could not deliver order and caused me so much headache of following up with them to know the status of my order. I would never buy and recommend anyone buying online from Bath & Body Works.

The plug in room scents are terrible and I never will buy them again a waste of my money! I would rather promote and about from other companies! You can’t even smell them at all I have several around my house can’t smell nothing!

Expect 2 weeks for them to ship to you! And another week to get! Crazy how long they take. I get stuff from China faster. By the time tou get it, stuff is melted. Sucks

I went to return lotions tht I had purchased over time. The lotions hav gone bad with a bad smell. The mgr. Michelle told me everyone was MOS and I could not exchange any. The lotions are no good and can't be used. This is terrible. If this is the case they should put an expiration date on their products. I spend alot of money in this store and I'm very disappointed.

My family, my friends, my coworkers and myself were avid consumers of Bath & Body Works products since the early 90s, we all had our fragance preferences and products, always included them in our Christmas presents, now we don't. I would like to share my own little story about B&BW. When I moved abroad many years ago I took several B&BW products because they were not available where I was moving to, one of them was the foamy hand soap Eucalyptus and Mint, my young nephew there, then 10 years old loved it and used it every time he came to visit me, I found this to be so cute that I stopped using it myself just to save it for him to use. He is now 16 years old, and I have to say that when I left about a year ago to return to the United States, after all those years the insignificant amount left in the bottle smelled and foamed beautifully just like its first day! Back in the United States I kept wanting to go to the B&B Works to buy this product and take it to him on my next visit and also replenish my B & BW products. Another favorite fragrance of mine was Japanese Cherry Blossom. By the way I still have a small bottle of that lotion that I have carried in my purse all these years and still smells and feels the same! To finish this let me say that a few months ago me and a friend finally found the time to go to a B&BW store and Oh My! What a disappointment that was, everything we sampled in those two fragrances in different products smelled like cheap sweet odors, we tried several other fragrances but everything smelled just cheap. My next thing will be to take my Japanese Cherry Blossoms lotion left over to a Bath & Body Works store and have someone at the store test it and verify what I am talking about. I cannot believe how they ruined their once wonderful products! They are now an insult to their former customers, and say former because I do believe no one that used their products before, the way they used to be are still buying them today.

Terrible service! I ordered last April 30 for 12 items and I received the shipment last May 3 and only 3 items inside. with 9 missing items. How come they put only 3 items the Invoice was inside and they did not double check it...... And even when I complained in their customer service they just keep asking details which were already in the Invoice. How many time I sent complaint still they keep delaying.

I bought a plug in and it started leaking after a couple of months, I took it back to see if I could exchange it and they said no, after 30 days you can no longer exchange a used item.

I ordered April of 2024 and all the items were put into a box with no wrapping.very poor packaging lids were off items very disappointed

I have been ordering from Bath & Body works for years but the last few years they have been awful. April 1, 2024 I ordered room spray mists in the small canisters. 1 was totally Empty & 6 or more were used & only filled up half way or less Also my room plugins I order are thrown into a box & are always capped loosely & leaking all over. Also, terrible customer service.

Wallflower bulbs which I've purchased for many many years do not have scent anymore..AND the liquid evaporates quickly, almost like it's water!! Stores won't honor returns/exchanges on the plugs which have leaked through the bottom onto my floor! Not wasting $$ anymore! The deals aren't deals anymore either..

I would give a zero star if I could. I saw a promotion on one of the social media platforms for fragrance refills for $2.75 & plug-ins for $4.95. I created an account and placed an order for 11 refills & 3 plug-ins and paid with my credit card (I believe it was for $50 some dollars) The order was for store pickup. Unfortunately I did not take a screen shot or realized that I did not receive a confirmation email. It was only after not receiving any text message for the pick up that I realized that my entire order had disappeared. And I couldn’t reorder as the ProMotion was over. Maybe it was a software bug or whatever but reading some other online reviews it seems like it’s a known problem. And, I am not new to online ordering. I was totally flabbergasted and disappointed with this experience.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The hype that is created by the deals is so misleading. The prices are too extreme to make any deal a real deal! The bombardment of emails that you receive is beyond ridiculous. The marketing strategy is diabolical and is such that anyone who really doesn't know pricing for these types of products is easily taken in. I don't mean to degrade anyone's intelligence, but the marketing strategy of Bath & Body Works plays on those who are not aware of what a sale price really is for these types of products. There is nothing in any of the products that puts them ahead of any other brand. In fact, the product quality is less in my opinion. If you do not label a price in the store for any product, and there is always a sale, that is NOT A SALE price. Bath & Body Works always has a sale, so stop making everyone think you're doing them a favour by putting things on sale. Put the price on the items, keep the pricing "reasonable" and when you do have a sale, it's not to try to lure people in under "false pretenses".

I need them to make sure their site is up to date whenever they have a big sale! Wallflowers were $2.75 last week, and I couldn't even check out online due to the page just spinning and spinning.... horrible customer experience. I have extremely dissapointed!

I purchased a wall plug and it is defective and I cane into the store and the lady said that you do not honor exchanges anymore. I am very disappointed of consumer as myself not being updated of changes in your policy as it was very embarrassing as the way that Jen spoke to me and what she said.

Was at the Broward Mall store today. Asked if my purchase was on sale and was told by the cashier no. I actually was walking out but my daughter wanted to show me an elephant candle holder, which I liked and took it to an other employee to ask if it was on sale and was told by an employee that there was a 20% off sale for all merchandise. I went to the same cashier and asked her was the elephant on sale and she said no and I asked her wasn’t there a 20% sale on all items going on throughout the whole store and she said 00 yeah but you have to be a member and I said you took my number didn’t indicate that I was a member and she said yes it did. I just forgot I reminded her that I actually had asked her where the previous purchase on sale and this purchase and she told me no and I ask her was it up to the customer to remind the cashier of the sale very very poor customer service I did speak to one of the store managers and all she said was oh the cashier forgot that’s unacceptable

The Hamburg Lexington location is as usual AWFUL. Havent been in 2 months due to horrible customer service last time. Decided to give them another try this morning. As soon as I enter the store I am greeted by 3 associates trying to hand me a basket to out items in, asking mtle what I’m there to purchase. I said I don’t need the basket for items, and I’m just looking around and I kept walking into the store. One employee trying to hand me the basket says she will bring the basket to me in a few seconds. Again, I said I don’t need it. Within 30 seconds here she comes with the basket, and now holding a candle telling me to smell it. I gave her a funny look, and she says “It’s her job to make me smell it”. I then put the item down I had planned to purchase, and told her this experience is worse than going to a car lot and being harassed by those sales people, and I walked out of that store. There were other items I was planning to purchase, but I can do without them and without shopping Bath and Body Works ever again. QUIT HARASSING YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! If they want assistance they can ask. If they want to smell a candle, they know how to do it on their own.

Constantly bad problems on app. Coupons and rewards never work. And don't accidentally place an order even if you call immediately they will not cancel the order. They've lost a lot of business from me due to this horrible app and experiences that have never gotten better.
