The customer service is just terrible! They dont answer the chat they dont answer the call! I was charged the wrong mount and i dint know how to solve this!!! Very disappointed!

Bath & body works app is the biggest piece of garbage on the internet today it doesn't work whatsoever and I've spent countless hours trying to get it to work. I've just spent 3 additional hours trying to get one purchase to go through and it took me back to my cart over a dozen times so that I could remove the items that it said was out of stock by the 12th time of going to the page where I type in my card information it then again brought me back, and had me take even more items off that it specifically said we're in stock, when I was on the previous page. After doing that enough times, then I was not up to enough spent to get free shipping. After going for the 13th time and adding my items to a number way more than I wanted to purchase for any one single item just to get the amount up it then kicked me off again and made me type in my information all over again and by then I had given up. The app should have all of its bugs fixed and be able to be used by customers and there should be some sort of compensation for customers that are unable to get the app to work no matter how many hours they spend trying to get it to work when it is the fault of bath and body works.

I truly wish there was a option to choose a lower score . Thank you for RUINING MY CHRISTMAS!!!! I placed a order for my granddaughter on December 13th ...was told I've would have it on the 18th -24th ....ok fine not seeing her till the 26 awesome.... Here it is the 27th after calling customer service and having it one day shipped I got HALF MY ORDER!!!??? your kidding me!!!! I have requested the rest of the order be cancelled and that money refunded.... however I truly believe the whole order should be refunded

I order 4 candles online, I typically will pick them up at the store but the scents I wanted were only available for shipping. The way the candles came I knew they were not going to be in good shape. 3 of the candles came right out of the jar and were full of shavings and one was completely cracked-glass shattered. For the cost, I would expect much more of a higher quality. Will not be ordering from them again, will go back to Goose Creek for my candles!!!!! Tried adding pictures here but will not let me.

I received two gift cards from my granddaughter for two different occasions and when I went to use my first gift card, there wasn’t any money on it. I came home and looked at the other gift card and the PIN numbers had been scratched off.. I called the customer service line and got ahold of Sam after several minutes, then got hung up on. Called back and the next guy heard my story and hung up on me too. Foreigners, from another country, hard to understand. I am so disappointed in B&B works, this maybe my last time shopping there. Why should we have to call and check on why there isn’t any money on the gift cards that were recently purchased? Ve ray disappointed customer of 15 plus years.

This is not about the product, it’s about the customer service experience. I loaded 2 E Gift cards on BBW app to use during the 2024 candle sale. When I checked back the E cards were gone. I called several times and was informed the first call on 11/30/24 the E cards will be replaced within an hour but that info was not true. To shorten this complaint, I finally spoke to a supervisor and was told I should get them with 3 to 5 days but never received them. Then I spoke to another supervisor(Mary) she said she didn’t have No records of my complaint but she did agreed to replace one card which was actually a BBW E CARD but stated the other card # was not BBW but I tried to explain to her, it was a “4 For All E Gift card”, Meaning it wasn’t just a BBW gift card, I could use it at other retailers. I spend a lot of money with BBW for yrs and to be treated in this matter is very unacceptable. Consumers beware,DO NOT LOAD YOUR GIFT CARD ON BBW APP, they will come up missing and it will be a hard time to replace them, IF they will replace them.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred while placing an order over the phone with a customer service representative at Bath & Body Works. On December 10, 2024 I placed an order for an item on sale priced at $3.50. During the call, I explicitly authorized the representative to charge the amount to my card. I was assured this would be done. However, upon picking up my order the following day, I discovered that my $16.95 reward coupon had been used without my permission to complete the transaction. This became evident when I attempted to use the reward coupon in-store to purchase another item for $16.95. To my surprise, I was informed that the coupon was no longer available because it had been applied to the $3.50 purchase the previous night. Upon returning home, I immediately contacted customer service to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, I was informed that nothing could be done to resolve the issue. Specifically: They would not charged the authorized amount of $3.50 to my credit card. They would not reinstated my $16.95 reward coupon, earned through prior purchases, that was wrongfully applied This error was not mine, and yet I am now unfairly deprived of my earned reward and have received no satisfactory resolution.

Placed order for pickup this morning . All iiems were available in store … 10 minutes before closing they cancel my order and say items weren’t available .. said money would be back in my card in 2-3 business days.. so who was working the online orders today? Poor management. Southaven Towne square

Don’t order online. They’re substituting items without notifying customers. This is bad business. I just got off the phone with customer service asking them why they changed my order. I just happened to go online to check my order status and saw the changes. They substituting higher priced items. Customer service told me they couldn’t do anything about it because it already shipped. I don’t think it shipped yet that’s just what they’re telling customers. So now I have to fix this and go to the closet B&B and physically stand in line just to complain to a sales clerk and its not her fault for her to give me a complete refund on all eight items. I’m done with them. I’ve been a customer of B&B for many years and they have sneaky business tactics.

I use to love this company but now it seems like everytime I order its ALWAYS something, I have started buying from Walmart they ALWAYS have what you want and its actually a sale. I hate when they mark the price up then say its on sale, that's just calling me stupid, thanks!!

This company is going down the rabbit hole. After speaking with customer service for over an hour without resolution. The customer service representative in any way showed was able to handle the phone call with customer service satisfaction and then he hung up.

I placed an order and realized I forgot the discount code. I followed the directions to cancel order (immediately after placing order) and it asked the question why you want to cancel. I answered it and the site just stopped. So I did it again. Stopped at the same place again. Did it a few more times and it finally said we can’t cancel your order I’ll get you an agent. Agent says sorry you can’t cancel now. We will send it and you have to take it to a store but you won’t get a full refund. So I got screwed out of tax and shipping because I followed the directions on how to cancel order and because it didn’t work I got penalized. I will stop buying from this store.

You’ve changed the size of the hand sanitizer sprays. I have been a faithful customer with y'all for YEARS! I love your spray hand sanitizers and use them in our home, on the go, in our vehicles, in my purse and as gifts. The 3 oz size has been perfect. Imagine my shock when i picked up my order, only to find you’ve changed the size now to 1oz sprays and have no plans to offer the 3oz sprays anymore. Bad move Bath and Body Works!

I have never had a problem at the store in Salisbury until today..The girl clearly saw me at the register ready to check out and she continued right on doing whatever...She didn't even hesitate to checkout the Caucasian lady minutes before me..I stood at the register for a few minutes then I decided to just leave the items at the register and walk out..Since she continued to put items away she shouldn't have a problem putting those items back where they belong..

I have tried to order online on two different occasions now and both times my card was charged, but my order was canceled by Bath and body Works because apparently magically none of the items that I ordered were in stock by the time they went to ship. There was no notification of cancellation. I had to contact them after my expected delivery date went by. Very inconvenient when you’re buying gifts. In my opinion, if you can’t hold up to your end of the transaction, you should not have an online option. That’s like walking into the store paying for a product and then them telling you you can’t have it cause they’re out of stock and you’ll get your money back in seven days. And the only reason I order online is because the closest Bath and body Works to me is 3 1/2 hours away.
