I burned two candles from Bath and Bodyworks for Christmas one at one end of the house and one at the other end of my house My favorite is a lemon cello. They burn down unevenly. I didn’t notice it until later on that day so it burned more than half of the candle, my understanding is to return them. If they don’t burn right one of the wicks moved to the edge of the glass And the other just burned on unevenly. They told me they change the policy now so I told them that they can keep the candles and I threw them in their trash. It’s unfortunate cause I do love that lemon candle. I will further research for a different company.

Extremely horrible experience with ordering online during sale! Order was placed on Nov 18. Today is Dec 22nd. I didn’t receive anything! 2 customer support chats for 20 min each! 2 customer care calls 40 min and 15 min each. NOTHING! The people on the phone are clueless, nobody can’t tell you anything! But beggining of the problem is when you receiving the email confirmation that your order has been sent and after a week you checking the tracking number and it says that order actually never been even picked up! Because guess what - the items are out of stock! How can you “ship” something that is not on stock and send the shipping confirmation email! LIE! Then in the phone we are doing adjustment to the order to make sure that all items are on stock, I’m receiving the email confirmation again and guess what - same story! What waist of time! What are unprofessional people, system and all company itself to put customers through this hell for the hand soap lol. What a joke this business is! Shame!

I have had the worst experience ever with BBW. I ordered 13 candles for candle day sale at $9.95. 1 week later I got an email that my order was updated and turns out of my 13 candles ordered only 3 will be arriving. I called the corporate office and they advised they could not see the reason my ordered was cancelled but could only apologize. I asked if they could send me a coupon to go nd get more candles for the same price since I very well would have had more success going to the store vs. ordering online. BBW led me to believe that being a member included an exclusive perk like ordering early but more than half my order will not be sent and no one can explain why. To add insult to injury the call disconnected twice while i was speaking to a rep. Thi place is horrible. I would think since the name is so big they would have better customer service and recovery methods for customers. This will be my last package ordered online and after my horrible experience with customer service department, I will not be patronizing this brand anymore. There are so many other local candle companies with better service who appreciate their customers. This brand has gotten so big they seem to no longer care about the people who fall through the cracks.

Hamburg store in lexington, KY. had the worst customer service. I forgot my phone in car, & cashier refused to pull up my account & give me sale price on item.

B&B your customer call center sucks. When given option to choose country like U.S. at least have option for caller to speak with a person that speaks clear English and actually understand what the customer needs. So tired of being told after a purchase to call your customer service number and no success.

B&BW deserve negative stars. Terrible customer service. I am (was) a rewards member. I ordered for store pick up Nov 22, planned to pick it up on the 24th, day after Thanksgiving. I got Covid and was sick until today. I went today to pick it up, Nov 29th. 6 business days after order. I arrive to learn they gave my order away …with zero notice. I have no recourse. I called 3 days ago and asked if I could have someone else pick it up for me due to illness. Nope. Had to be me. So I could not send anyone on my behalf?? BUT they eagerly gave my order to someone else …who took it to their house????? All my gifts were handed to someone else and the things I ordered are no longer available. They offered me a $20 e-card??!! Ridiculous! I just deleted the app and will never go near this snake oil, bait and switch, false-advertising faux business ever again. They sell nothing that I can’t get at 50 other stores who actually treat their customers like they want them to be patrons.

After 15 plus years of purchasing over 100.00 per month, I will never shop here again. Customer service rep. was horrible to me. No thank you to Bath and Body works customer service.

Ordered items were damaged on transit and then asked for them to send me the same items again. They said they were not available and I had another person order the same items and were able too online. They are liars!!!

A valuable customer that was upset to hear that we cant make exchanges now without receipts after i drove a good bit to there location or if we dont have a receipt we would have to pay the balance why so they can make extra money yhis store was in my top 5 vut they just lost my business and on top of it none of the cashiers are explaining this new policy or even asking if we need a gift receipt knowing people buy gift from here for a lot of different holiday EX ANGRY CUSTOMER
