“The Baby Belfast sink arrived very quickly and which was great. I bought one of these before and it's lovely. The packaging still leaves something to be desired. They are still using crumbly, environmentally disastrous, expanded polystyrene. I had another baby sink delivered last year from a different company which was purely packaged in a double layer of cardboard boxes and paper packing. That's the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. They really need to stop using this stuff.”

We are still trying to source alternative packing materials that can be used across all the products we ship, however, we have yet to find something that can protect all our products without having to pass on additional packing charges to our customers. Good Afternoon Patricia, Thank you for your review, albeit a negative one. We value all feedback from our customers in the hope we can improve service where required. We did advise you at the point of order that it would take 10 working days to be able to get the flush plate to you and I can see that Afia has been communicating with you regularly to explain there has been a delay from Roca. In all communication, we have offered to cancel and refund you in full if you are not happy to wait and no, we are not stalling just to keep your money. There have been major delays in the supply chain process over the last few months due to the ongoing problems with Covid, Brexit and the Ukrainian War as I am sure you have seen on the news. Sadly, this has impacted stock availability for certain products. I am so very sorry that the flush plate you have ordered has got caught up in this. “Quick delivery although one of the components that we ordered had arrived damaged. Following a quick email to Afia, this was all resolved and a replacement was sent out to us for the next day. Very impressed with the customer service, especially as we were working to a tight deadline. Thank you.”
