“My toilet seat on arrival lacked fixtures, not the fault of B & S Direct. When reported, Customer Services tackled this immediately and energetically, keeping me updated throughout until the fixtures arrived. Superb service. I shall use this supplier again.”

“There was a delay regarding the product because it had to come from Germany. BASD were fabulous in keeping me constantly updated on the delay and the the despatch details. FANTASTIC. I really highly recommend this company.”

“Can’t praise this company enough, especially Afia for her honest, informative, timely communication. I ordered 5 bathroom shelves last month. Turned out they only had 2 shelves which they posted free and informed me more would be arriving end of August, which was fine. However, they sourced the additional shelves from another manufacturer a few weeks later and although more expensive, they have not charged me the difference. The shelves are high quality and delivered 24 hours later. I have no reservations in recommending Bathrooms and Showers Direct and their excellent customer care.”

“I ordered the replacement shower engine on Thursday 14th July and the despatch and delivery was excellent, receiving the item on Saturday 16th. Unfortunately after fitting the shower engine, fairly straight forward, the temperature cannot be regulated? Even with the temperate control on cold, the water comes out hot? After contact with Bathrooms & Showers Direct, they swiftly arranged for a new engine to be delivered. The customer service I have received has been top rate and I am happy to say that I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.”

“I ordered a replacement Roc toilet seat, which I was reluctant to order because Roc products are expensive. However, it arrived without issues, and it was super easy to fit. The ordering process was easy in terms of size etc, too. The toilet seat looks lovely so the expense was worth it.”

“People were very friendly and professional but they didn’t carry the stock they I had ordered. 4 weeks after placing the order I was then advised there would be at least a 2 week further delay but with no guarantee that this date would be met. I therefore cancelled the order with no issues and then ordered the items I needed from a different merchant who had them in stock at the same price with the items being delivered in 48 hours.”
