“Hi I ordered 2 new toilet seats for my rented property. The 2 seats arrived promptly but were 2 different designs. It wasn’t a big issue as both could be fitted, but it would have been better to have 2 the same as ordered.”

Good Morning Thomas I am sorry that you have received two different designs. Roca has recently changed the seat you ordered, which I believe has different but easier-to-use hinges. “We have broken the toilet seat by Roca several times. Roca items are quite badly made. But it's nice to know we can source from here as the toilet shape is very specific! Great service.”

“Although you didn't have the item I require in stock and I had to cancel and order elsewhere, the service was very good. I was informed immediately and given the option of a refund or waiting for re stock. I had to choose the refund because of time constraints but the refund was made promptly and efficiently. Thank you for your help.”

“I had bought items for my bathrooms in the past many years ago, 13 years at least. They were very competitively priced compared to other internet websites selling bathroom wares, they were just coming into being. My children also bought from Bathroom and Showers direct. Recently I needed help finding an old receipt for an item as I needed spare parts and had to find the exact model of the item! I called and spoke to a very nice and helpful lady who found the receipt in their computer! Highly recommend them!”
