“I had to check with BASD prior to purchase as I had already once ordered the wrong part. Many variations of the same thing! Brooke emailed me back very quickly having double checked with the manufacturer. That's great service. It should be normal but it's rare these days. I have filed these guys in my email folders as 'Repeat suppliers' and in my bookmarks. That says it all!”

“I would recommend Bathrooms And Showers Direct. I bought my product from them after enquiring about the stock level. The delivery arrived in about 3 days. The Product bought was in perfect condition and I was able to use it as intended.”

“I orders a soft close toilet seat, I installed the seat to find out that it in fact wasn’t a soft close. The dispute is still ongoing so can’t give a full review at present.”

“I found the right shape and fixing on website easily. Delivered on time and well packaged. Instructions very easy to follow and this practical 60+ woman removed old seat and fitted new one in less than 10 minutes. Very happy and will definitely use them again.”
