“Have to say, quite good service. I ordered the wrong pump. Called up and they cancelled the order immediately. Received confirmation of cancellation with a few minutes. Re-ordered the correct pump and it arrived next day even though it said order woudl be dispacthe with 2 days. Was a bit aprehensive and hence why i used credit card but have to say service was great and prompt. already installed the pump is working fine.”

“Came in two working days. Saniplus instructions are very limited. Good selection of bits for the various plumbing arrangements but my kit only had one bung to close unused pipe entries and I needed two. Luckily as I was replacing a ten year old saniplus with a new one I cannibalised one bung from the old unit. Took me two hours to remove old unit and fit new. Works a treat. Quieter than the old unit. Excellent price and quick service.”

“Although there seemed to be discrepancy between supplier & carrier regarding delivery day, Stephanie at B&S Direct supported and liaised process until goods arrived, excellent. The quality of the tap is second to none, really heavy & substantial, the macerator loo looks really neat, and was packaged really well to avoid any damage in transit. Brilliant, would recommend this Company to anyone wanting totally satisfactory products.”

“A soft closing toilet seat by Ideal Standard - what can I say ....... you can sit on it and it closes softly :-). Bought at an excellent price from bathroomsandshowersdirect and was delivered very quickly - a perfect seamless internet transaction - just how it should always be. Thanks guys”

“Special shaped seats have been difficult to obtain. This is a good place to find them. I suggest taking a picture of the old seat, and taking basic measurements to aid correct identification. The seat arrived as quickly as was possible, well packed, no damage. A genuine Dualit part, good quality.”

“Received the tap cartridge in a couple of days wrapped in a xmas sized box, all safetly snug in bubble wrap. Only small observation is that a few more pics on website of all angles of the part would have been even more usefull as the part number I needed seems to be listed on various sites with slightly different versions and designs. Fortunatly this is the one I needed.”

“Found the spare toilet part almost ?15 cheaper here and the service was excellent. Not only was it delivered quickly but lo by UPS courier service. Considering I couldn't find it anywhere else cheaper I didn't expect it to be sent via a courier service.”
