“Bought a Mira shower at a fantastic price quality product packaged so it was never going to get damaged unlike orders from poorer bathrooms who spend a forutne on flashy TV ads and less on packaging. Arrived within 3 days will certainly use these guys again.”

“I found this site the cheapest to replace a fairly new cracked bathroom basin (our fault!) and at first needed some help so used the live chat ,which was so convenient and extremely helpful. Outstanding customer service I would say. The basin was dispatched immediately and received within 24hrs ordering. (obviously this can't always happen) Well protected with packaging. As for the courier he was so helpful too , as by chance I collared him while I was at work a mile away, and asked him if he could leave my item in the rear so he filled in and I signed a form in his van there and then so this could happen. :-) brilliant all round will use this site again if needs be.”

“Great prices and fast delivery. Had to return one item which was no problem. Money back in my pay pal account straight away. “I searched on line for a good price for this Armitage Shanks loo suite. Not only was the basin on a very discounted offer it was all available for immediate delivery.I ordered it on a Sunday and had an email on the Monday to say I had made a boo boo with my post code I emailed the correct one back and was told it would all be with me "tomorrow" .I have to be honest and thought "yep I'll believe that when I see it" but true to their word a really nice chap arrived with a huge lorry on Tuesday morning he helped me to bring it all in and waited patiently while I checked it all over. It's now fitted and looks perfect.What more could you want? I have to say also that I have posted reviews in the past and had comments by others accusing me of "spaming" whatever that is ...this is not "spaming" I believe in praise where it's due”

“Item as described and well packed, though delivery took a while. Unfortunately the delivery and tracking e mail, correctly sent by the delivery firm, by-passed my spam filter and went directly into my trash bin giving the impression that I had been let down. However the seller was very patient with me and helped me locate the missing information and for that I must congratulate them. I found their customer service excellent. If like me you appear to be missing the delivery information on your order, check your trash bin first.”
