“Good service, kept informed of order progress with acknowledgements & the delivery was prompt. One item was damaged & looked like it had already been returned by a customer - then resent out to me. However, as it was a concealed shower valve - cosmetics didnt worry me too much.”

“I ordered a Salamander RSP 75 Twin Shower Pump on 28/1/14 in the afternoon and it arrived the next day although I wasn't in to receive it. Royal Mail attempted delivery the next day when I was able to accept delivery then. I just wish that Bathrooms and Showers Direct had have advised me that they had posted the pump out when they did so that I could have made arrangements for someone to be in the next day. Nonetheless, recommended for price and quick delivery.”

“I have made a mistake in my delivery address and try to correct it by phone, the order had already been dispatched but even so between the driver and the phone operator the communication was so customer focused that they made sure I would receive my order in the correct address on that day, and I know the driver was at my former address first. I even received later an email certifying that I had received my items in time and in good order. Going the extra mile for a customer is unfortunately very rare so I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.”

“Excellent company and service, the product arrived the day after ordering (in the morning) with the packaging in excellent condition.
