“I ordered the Salamander pump from Bathrooms and Showers Direct because their price was about forty pounds cheaper than anybody else. I have to say that I had some reservations about delivery time as this was only stated as "when product is available", I needn't have worried as the pump arrived five days after I placed the order.All in all I'm very happy with this company's performance.”

“Found the site while digging for lowest prices on google: they were the 2nd cheapest but located closer to me and the site looked professional. I had some requirements for the delivery, got in touch with their customer service via chat, all set within 2 mins. Delivered quickly and exactly as agreed. Would definitely use them again.”

“I had a small hiccup at my end and wasn't sure if my order had gone through. Spoke to Jasmine who sorted it up quickly and efficiently. The Salamander shower pump arrived within 2 days to rural Cumbria. Pump fitted and works well. It pushes out 5 litres a minute more that my old pump and is much quieter. At around ?150 for pump and delivery coupled with a two year guarantee, I can only repeat that this is excellent product and that BASD are excellent. My 1.5 bar pump copes with two separate mixer showers simultaneously and still gives a reasonable flow rate. For single shower use it is brilliant. Alex.”

“Ordered a new tap on the Wednesday, company sent it via 24 hour courier the next day. However the courier decided not to attempt delivery on the Friday , instead using that old trick of "I called , no answer , left a card" which is totally untrue. I watched the courier's van go past my front door on the date and time that their website said that they had tried to deliver when I tracked the package later that night. However the tap was well packaged when it did arrive and excellent value for money saving me ?23 compared to the next cheapest supplier. Cannot comment on the product as it has yet to be installed.”
