“Product exactly as described, very good price, quick delivery”

“I buy quite a lot of stuff online. Mostly the experience is fine, but there are sometimes problems caused by me as a buyer as well as by the seller. I given was incorrect information by a major British manufacturer of taps, showers etc. which meant I had to return an expensive shower unit to this retailer. The problem ( although not in any way caused by them) was dealt with speedily and efficiently by them. I subsequently bought another more suitable item from them. Prices are excellent ; delivery times are excellent and reflect their predictions ; customer service is excellent. Credit where credit is due - this company is first rate !”

“Before purchasing the shower I had a couple of questions and thought I would try their online chat feature. Not only did I get an immediate response the operator came back with the answer to my question immediately, so she was obviously very knowledgeable about their products. After the order was placed the products arrived the next morning by courier - perfect !! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and dependable service at a good price - they were the cheapest on the web!”

“I had a few queries that needed answering before I could place an order. I emailed Bathrooms and Showers Direct and within an hour Jasmine emailed me back with a a full response. I placed the order the next morning and the delivery arrived well packaged the following day. Having spent 26 years in the Building Services industry working with blue chip companies on multimillion pound contracts with broad base experience in tender analysis, design, installation and comissioning I am very happy to recommend these suppliers.”

“Wanted a grohe shower - could not believe the price and I asked about collecting it to save me postage. Jasmine on the support desk arranged everything - extremely helpful as was the lady at the showroom in Kings Cross where I collected the shower. Would use company again and recommend”

“The only issue I had was with trying to pay for my order - the address verification system being used doesn't deal well with Ireland as we have no postcode system. But an email and a fast response had me instructed to pay through PayPal and all was well. A little annoying, but not enough to drop a star. While I wasn't informed on the progress of my delivery, it arrived very quickly and both products (a Grohe shower kit and a Salamander shower pump) arrived in perfect condition. All in all I've had a very satisfactory shopping experience - excellent website, excellent email response, fast delivery - and I'd have no hesitation in recommending Bathrooms And Showers Direct to everyone.”

“Had to make an emergency order for the next day but it had gone 12:00 noon. Found exactly what I was after very quickly. The online chat meant I could check the possibilty of delivery and other quiries rapidly whilst still browsing. The item I wanted was cheaper than I had found it on many other sites, it was delivered in plenty of time and the online chat was brief, informative and friendly all at once. For me it was a perfect experience, which is more than I can say for my plumber!”

“Thanks for the service. The product arrived as specified and within 2 business days. But one little thing. After placing the order, no email to say "your order has been despatched". I was surprised, especially as I hadn't ordered from you before, that given your service wa so fast, you didn't email me to tell me it was going to arrive onetime etc.”

“The customer service was very good, and helpful. Product range and quality has been excellent, with very good packaging and delivery. I think the first thing I'd do to improve things is improve the website and website information. I understand that the information provided is coming from the suppliers themselves, however, I think this could be added upon to make things clearer for Joe Bloggs to make it easier to BUY. Secondly I have made two purchases now from the website, successfully I must add, however BOTH occasions I had to fight with the website. It's fine if you want the item(s) to be delivered to the same address but if you need the items to be delivered somewhere different from your billing address, you will have a fight on your hands. The Option buttons when selected change both the addresses simultaneously even when you only alter one address, and you don't find this out until the next screen. Then you have to go back and you have to type them out again...WHY ? Why when the addresses are saved in your account can't you be given an option to select an address for a particular purpose, i.e. select an invoice address, and then select a delivery address ? This would be helpful, simpler and quicker. Hope this helps.”
