“Had to make an emergency order for the next day but it had gone 12:00 noon. Found exactly what I was after very quickly. The online chat meant I could check the possibilty of delivery and other quiries rapidly whilst still browsing. The item I wanted was cheaper than I had found it on many other sites, it was delivered in plenty of time and the online chat was brief, informative and friendly all at once. For me it was a perfect experience, which is more than I can say for my plumber!”

“Thanks for the service. The product arrived as specified and within 2 business days. But one little thing. After placing the order, no email to say "your order has been despatched". I was surprised, especially as I hadn't ordered from you before, that given your service wa so fast, you didn't email me to tell me it was going to arrive onetime etc.”

“The customer service was very good, and helpful. Product range and quality has been excellent, with very good packaging and delivery. I think the first thing I'd do to improve things is improve the website and website information. I understand that the information provided is coming from the suppliers themselves, however, I think this could be added upon to make things clearer for Joe Bloggs to make it easier to BUY. Secondly I have made two purchases now from the website, successfully I must add, however BOTH occasions I had to fight with the website. It's fine if you want the item(s) to be delivered to the same address but if you need the items to be delivered somewhere different from your billing address, you will have a fight on your hands. The Option buttons when selected change both the addresses simultaneously even when you only alter one address, and you don't find this out until the next screen. Then you have to go back and you have to type them out again...WHY ? Why when the addresses are saved in your account can't you be given an option to select an address for a particular purpose, i.e. select an invoice address, and then select a delivery address ? This would be helpful, simpler and quicker. Hope this helps.”

“I bought a Bristan Quest basin mixer tap and bath taps and very happy with the price. Cost me ?83 incl delivery whereas Homebase were going to charge me ?230 for the same items! Its a no brainer to me Taps are great quality and set the bahroom off Delivered promptly so i would def recommend Bathrooms and Showers Direct”

“When we received our order of a new toilet we found that it was broken. I contacted the company who responded very promptly. They sent out a new toilet the next day and took back the broken one. My only niggle was that when we reported the damage they asked us to send them a photo and dispose of the damaged goods ourselves. i felt that this was a huge imposition on us and refused. To their credit, they immediately arranged for it to be collected and the new toilet arrived in perfect condition. Due to the way they handled the whole thing, I would definately recommend them most highly to someone else.”

“We purchased a whole bathroom suite including bath, sink, wc, shower and taps, we saved over half price in ordering online and I was a bit worried at first. Everything arrive (minus the bath) promptly, the sink and cistern were damaged and they were both replaced, no quibbles. Jasmine in customer service was fantastic and kept me informed via email and explained everything in detail. We did have to wait a few weeks for our bath because it wasn't in stock but this could happen from any store. Overall I was highly impressed and when we re-do our downstairs bathroom I will definitely order from Bathrooms and Showers Direct.”

“Bought an esp 75 pump found after reading fitting instructions that may be not quite so easy to fit and comply with tech instructions so i returned item with a full no quible refund. Now running out of time to get my 2 showers working with a pressure pump for christmas guests i sought further tech advise and found that the original pump was infact the correct unit for the job, further unit was ordered and arrived 2 days later and fitted. It was fantastic thankyou Bathrooms and Showers direct for service and also Salamder pumps for a cracking shower pump.”

“Ordered a pair of basin taps. Impressed with price and free p;ostage offer. After a few days, tried several times to phone to determine progress, but phone was never answered. Sent email which was answered very promptly and told me delivery weould be following day. Items arrived as promised. I would have welcomed a little more infomation on progress of order and email to tell me of despatch. A BT phone number would also be better than 0845.”
