“I accidentally broke a toilet seat while cleaning it so needed a replacement. As I am renting my flat I was required to replace like for like. After searching high and low; I tried Amazon, Ebay, BNQ, Homebase etc, my wife eventually came across Bathrooms And Showers Direct. I'd never heard of them before but they sold the exact seat and lid we needed. When it arrived I opened it to discover a very small chip in the seat. So I emailed them to inform them of this. They were very apologetic and promised to courier out a replacement. 2 days later the replacement arrived and they even collected the old one to. I did pay a lot more than I wanted to pay but had I bought anything else other than this brand (Ideal Standard) I'd have risked losing a significant deposit. A lot of Landlords use this brand for it's quality and durability and you can only buy it from one or two places. So, I'd highly recommend Bathrooms And Showers Direct.”

“The real test of a supplier is when things go wrong. I ordered an expensive fan and it arrived speedily. Unfortunately it was the wrong model. My call was answered promptly; the correct fan was supplied and the first one taken away without fuss. Very happy with service and would use this supplier again.”

“I was unsure about the part and was using live chat where the very helpful staff member (Stephanie) talked me through it and assured me the delivery would be as requested.
