“First time using Bathroom & Shower Direct for a wedding product which arrived promptly & at a fair price. The wc was well packed but unfortunately the seat was damaged but on contact with the company a replacement was sent very quickly which impressed me & my customer. Will definitely use this company again.”

“Phine call answeredin a few seconds and they were very helpful in making sure i got the right replacement loo seat. An essential but separate part (why don’t duravit include ALL fittings in the pack?) was shown on the website as in stock but wasn’t. However BaSD supplied the full order within a few days. Seat now fitted and working well. Thank you”
