“Received incredible service from this company. The tap that I ordered had a manufacturing fault. Bathrooms & Showers Direct arranged for a replacement to be delivered and arranged for the return of the faulty tap. Communication was excellent and always with a person and not an automated system. I highly recomment this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“The test of a good company is how they deal with any issues after purchase - and Bathrooms & Showers Direct excel in looking after their customers. I had a fault after 6 months with a soft close toilet seat and Aifa at Bathrooms & Showers Direct acted promptly to find out the background and then contacted the manufacturer to organise a replacement. No fuss, no bother and, importantly, personally made sure I was kept up to date. Really impressed. Thanks Aifa!”

“There was a delay in regard to receiving my original order; but Inwas kept informed. When the item arrived it was damaged. Customer Service proved to be speedy and efficient, promising my account would be credited with a refund by the end of the day (27/2/25). This has not been received (3/3/25); a,though the damaged item has been collected.”
