“Found this company via internet as we was struggling to get parts for our loo seat. They sourced the parts from there supplier and kept me informed every step of the way as they were out of stock and managed to deliver 5 days before due date. Saved us a lot of money can’t recommend there services enough AAA+++++++”

“We were looking to replace a few items in our shower room, Bathrooms and Showers Direct had a good selection of items to choose from and we were able to find everything we needed in the store. The sales assistant Cole, was very helpful and was able to answer all our queries. Very happy with the store and service and was even able to change an item after we had initially bought it.”

“Delivery speed and tracking all good. Website easy to shop and process payment. However, Product image was incorrect and ended up ordering the wrong toilet seat and didn't realise until I'd opened the packaging.”
