“This is the second time I’ve used the company; both times similar priced and specification keyboards. First time a Yamaha and second time a Casio. Both products are lovely to use and as per YouTube reviews, they are almost equal albeit they have different forte. Both times the company was excellent. Good alerts regarding payment and despatched. Good use of ParcelForce, which is so much better than some of the logistics providers. The fact I returned to Bax for the second purchase speaks volumes”

Bax Music send a lot of automated emails under the guise of being helpful but it comes unstuck when they ask for a review for a product you have emailed them about having not arrived and they haven't even emailed back. Hopefully they take note of this, as yet though certainly would not recommend”
