Seeing as I've not received it 5 days after it was supposed to arrive, I'm finding it hard to answer that question. I've come to accept the fact that literally everything I order from Bax will be about a week later than they say. The only reason I return is because of the value for money. If Bax gave a realistic time frame in which the goods would arrive I'd give them 5 stars.”
“Bought a Fazley GC-EC450GD Case to use with a Fender Stratocaster. The guitar fits perfectly and the lining is soft and plush. The outer is hard plastic and looks and feels like it will take a few knocks. Compared with a Gator that I use for a Les Paul it is not quite as bullet proof but at over half the price is good value. The storage compartment is a bit small and really good for picks, tuner and small stuff. A trem arm will and I carry spare strings in a soft bag under the headstock but that doesn't come with the case. I'd buy again but maybe try the slightly larger rectangular option”

“Bought a Sire Marcus Milker bass - easy on line order, quick delivery and bass was in perfect new condition. I would have given you 5 stars if you had taped shut the internal box the quotation was packaged in - it hadn’t opened in transit but had started too - this could have resulted in the guitar coming out of packaging and getting damaged - one easy fix for you?

“Tuner is great but the packaging was awful! A huge box - A3 size for a matchbox sized item - with no soft packaging so the tuner banged around inside the big box throughout the journey. It's a wonder it works OK. And it is so wasteful of resources. Definitely prompts me to shop local in future.
It is high time Bax Music wised up to the environmental necessities.”
“Hi, to be honest, I was a little disappointed with the ukulele, I was under the impression that it would become already set up, unfortunately the workmanship on the ukulele was very poor, I’ve had to sand down rough edges that keep catching my hand when strumming also the knuckles / nuts where not finished and turning gears were loose, it’s as if it’s just been Sent straight on from the manufacturers in China without being checked by you. It is great not only in looks, build and overall quality, but the wide variation in sounds / tones, which is not only brought by the P90's, but a 5 position pickup switch as well as the fact that it also has push/pull focus switch.”

“I was looking for a good quality folding bench for keyboard (although I actually use it for playing the saxophone at gigs). I found a K&M one (not many stores stock these), good wide seat with the option of a carrying bag from K&M specifically made to transport the folded bench seat. I ordered both items and they arrived next day very well packed in a Bax Music box. I am very happy with both items and have already used the bench seat for a gig - very comfortable and extremely quick to set up and fold down. “Recently purchased Fazely guitar/bar stool great product at half price of comparable stools with bigger brand names emblazoned on them. Only con to this stool is the high gloss shine which is slippery, that said so are most other brands.
Also bought Fazely GC-AC550BO1 acoustic guitar case for my Yamaha APX 600 and is a great fit and lovely case.
