“Sometimes low prices, but they ship slowly from the Netherlands with European power supplies and adapters that don't meet UK's Plugs and Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994. BAX won't do anything about this other than arrange a return and refund of the whole unit. That's a whole lot of wasted CO2 and agro.
Don't let the .co.uk website or Folkestone address fool you.
Our delivery was 2 days late, and customer service extremely slow at times, often with no response at all to emails. They did say that a refund was the only option fairly early on and refunded the full amount in the end, hence a courtesy extra star.”
“Nice guitar and great value for money. well packaged. However on receipt a fault was quickly discovered in that the jack socket was found to be faulty. The jack plug when inserted was so loose it would not stay in place.
While this was a quick fix for me, for someone perhaps buying their first guitar it could have meant it having being returned to BAX for repair.
More of a worry is that it indicates the guitar was not checked before despatch.
Otherwise I would have given the guitar a five star rating.”

“Am doing a return, was supposed to have been done on Wednesday 5th Jan, instead UPS turns up on Tuesday, and asking for customs paperwork, for a return, as BAX told them the wrong thing
So I call them, reschedule for Friday, today
I am sent an email saying this, and promised another one confirming this. That 2nd email never arrived
I emailed them, no reply
I called them, their phones don't work, they suggest emailing them!
I want this pickup done, and my money refunded.
Not being to even talk to them is beyond appalling

I was supposed to get an email on the 9th confirming a pickup for the 10th of Jan. I have received no such email. The fact that I'm not even surprised should tell you all you need to know
As of 11th of Jan it has still not been picked up

BAX, as a company seem physically incapable of arranging a return. They are obviously not fit for purpose. I can't imagine ever using them again, for anything.”

“Pretty good other the wiring.schematic (or lack of).couple of imperfections but for price can't complain. Went to my work address though I gave message not to as delivery policies change and I got off with a verbal warning. Its a government building and when management changes so do certain policies.
Delivery time was good, defiantly use your company again.

“Purchased a Roland FP10 digital piano. Excellent purchase overall. Great product at reasonable price. The delivery was not on time as guaranteed by a few days, but this was around Xmas period and royal mail strike, so it was late in packing and delivery. If you want something urgent, get it early and don't take any chances.
Luckily not have to use the refund or return process.
Would recommend based on this simple transaction experience.”
