“The only problem was with the ups delivery. Ups tell you that they've collected the item and it will be delivered on a particular day and the reality is that the item is still in Holland. This was brilliantly and professionally explained to me by a member of the Dutch Bax team. When an issue is honestly and clearly explained it makes it so much better. The problem appears to be out of their control and otherwise everything was fine, hence my 4stars. I would definitely use them again but allow for more time. Thank you Bax :)”
“The Devine 10 meter Stage Box 12-4 purchased was good value for money. The build quality excellent ( this comment is not detrimental for Bax Music or Devine but adding additional TRS sockets to these types of Stage Boxes can be handy ). My only minor comment is with reference to Parcelforce and that is whatever the suggested delivery date is be prepared for your delivery to possibly be a day or two later than promised ( this may be just due to recent strike action and the subsequent fall out ). Re Bax Music and the ordering process - very slick - easy and prompt communication. Thank You.”
