“An excellent company to do business with - a returning customer. I recently bought the Hartke HD25 bass combo. The prices are often the cheapest online and the order process is easy and intuitive with regular updates with regard to tracking the progress and delivery of your order. Highly recommended! The amp is the bees knees too! Although only 25 watts the aluminium speaker gives a wide range of tones (I switch between a quite biting Bruce Foxton influenced sound and a bassier ska tone. Volume wise, I had room to spare at a medium sized pub gig last night even with our drummer!”

“The buying process and product were great. On slight criticism, the product in its box measured 150mm x 70mm x 32mm, the box it came in measured 440mm x 310mm x 90mm, that's almost 12 times the size of the item, which in fact could have easily fitted in s small jiffy bag. Given there was no padding of any kind used the item was just banging about in the large box. How it arrived undamaged I have no idea. Given the environment crisis, the economic crisis and the fact that using such oversize packing must be costing you money, I think a serious chat with your warehouse manager is on order.”

“The difficult to find Grado Green P cart stylus was in stock and quickly dispatched, what a huge difference it has made to an old technics deck! My only criticism was the massively oversexed packaging, please Bax work on a greener solution!”

“Love it, great banjo sound and sounds great amplified through my Orange Super crush 100 amp. Just one question, where can I purchase the D'addario strings used on this banjo? Can get a couple of other brands of six string banjo sets but Daddario are my go to strings for all my guitars. Tia.”
