“I have emailed customer services about an item that I recently bought (it broke the first time I tried to use it on a gig!). I'm still waiting for a reply - I'm not sure why they're asking me for a review as they've had no opportunity to resolve this issue yet? lets' hope that they actually read this and take some positive action!”

“They have missed 3 Toms and some other items. I am trying to get the missing items but now 5 days they are not giving any solution. Still saying they are investigating. I have ordered the drums for my son’s program but now not going to receive on time as no solution offered. Bad communication”

“This is the worst company i have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered over £400 of gear as i was supposed to get delivered before i wnt on holiday. This never happened so i went away never receiving the products. Further more it seems now that UPS has either lost the package or it has been stolen as i havent been at home to collect it yet there saying it has been delivered to a side door? How can this be when no one was at home for a week? Plus the customer service has been appauling. I am now over £400 out of pocket and no products because of BAX and UPS incompetence. Would never use this company again. I am now gaving to go through my bank to retrieve my money.”

“Got a nice double cut guitar for just over £90. The guitar looks great in orange and all fittings and fretboard are nice. Stays n tune really well even after a bit of hard playing. The p90 pick up is a bit odd and the controls strange, as the tone knob turned off the pick up when fully turned. I took off the back and had a look and lifted the pick up out and this did not happen when I returned it. So all is well. I have never had a p90 on its own before and its not the greatest sound with a lot of bass. BUt sound is all down to the player and so it might just be me. So I think I will put a wilkinson pick up in. But that will only cost another £16 so I reckon I have a bargin. I will defo consider some of the other guitars in the range.”

“I've just purchased a Fender Champion 100 amplifier from Bax Music online and I can't praise the service I received high enough. Bax Music's price was the most competitive I could find and delivery was fast and efficient. It arrived when they said it would and the product was well packaged. I've bought a few things from Bax over the years and I have never been disappointed. An excellent Company to deal with and their Customer Service department are brilliant if you have any queries about your order.”
