“I ordered the 4u rack unit and had received it within 48 hours. It was well-packed and in perfect condition. It came as a flat-pack kit and took me around 40 minutes to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It provided excatly what I needed to fill a gap in my rack system and appear sturdy and well-designed. I have only given it 4 stars for one simple reason. Bax sent it in an enormous box which was probably at least 10x the volume of the actual flat pack within. When it was delivered I wondered if they had sent the wrong thing (until I opened it and found it was full of packing material. A waste of the planet’s resources. I am completely happy with the product however. If you need a 4u rack, buy one!”

“After having a technical issue when trying to make a purchase, i rang up and was greeted over the phone with a solution to this problem. Within an hour of completing the sale i was emailed with all relative information that i needed incase there of any issues, returns, aftercare, invoice and tracking information. It says that you will recieve your item with 3 or 4 days, and even with the national postal strike i still managed to get the guitar with a week. So pleased with a b stock guitar i purchased from Bax music. I was a little sceptical of the 47% discount but took a punt on it. I will enjoy my new guitar for many months to come. I was really impressed with how Bax music covered all the necessary information i would of needed and more. So happy infact i have already placed an other order. Thank you and well done”
“Not a great experience to be honest. I phoned them on four separate occasions to find out if their Gibson Firebird case would fit a Firebird with banjo tuners. On each occasion the member of staff didn't know (which wasn't a surprise) but said they would find out and get back to me. Never happened.....four times. I did get a call from Antwerp but they left no message. All I needed was a straight 'yes' or 'no'. In the end I just bought the case with the intention of sending it back if it didn't fit. It did actually fit so all good there.”
