“I am so glad that I came across a company that offers a service second to none with regards to good communication, quality products, competitive pricing,well packaged and fast delivery. For any budding musician I would recommend a visit to bax music web site as an initial start when sourcing anything musical related. From a personal point of view with regards to my purchase experience I can not find a fault. Great after service, I am more than happy. You could say " One stop bax music shop "”

“Very impressed with the speed of delivery ordered on the 19th July, delivered to my door on the 22nd. For a B stock instrument the Fazley FTL218YB is in fantastic condition, it has a good weight to it and sounds as good as any Squire telecaster I've played, the guitar did have some fret buzz when it first arrived but this took five minutes to correct, and the jack socket is a little stiff when trying to remove the lead after playing, but again this shouldn't take much to rectify. No sharp fret edges but the frets could benefit from a dressing at some point however this doesn't really affect the playability much at all. overall I would give the guitar a 8 out of 10 and Bax Musics service 10 out of 10 would highly recommend both Bax and Fazley.”

“had a bad start damaged parcel .Upgraded replacement fast return and then the best day ever playing my 1972 collection not seen daylight for at least 40 years .Great deck for the money Thank you so much mark.”

“This Cab is fantastic, I had made my own cab, which was ok, but I am so pleased I saw this, I have 3, 5 string fretless basses, and the clarity and crispness of the low strings is fantastic!!!! Being "B Stock" did not put me off, it was well descibed, has arrived like new,saving me £ 50-60 pounds, but, after all, it is Fender. I would recommend this cab to any bass player.”

“Arrived as expected and tracked. Superb double bag, but the description simply doesn't do it credit. Not only does it look great, has straps and handles with generous pockets and padding, but also zips apart to give two separate bags if required. How cool is that? Better still, the gap between the bags is large enough to take a collapsible music stand and iPad. As a bonus, my baritone also fits (bit tight though). As someone with a severe bag fetish I'm highly delighted.”

“This Innox INA WS01 stand is absolutely fantastic. I have had loads stands but most have been disappointing in height, width or depth! Not this one. It covers any problem I have had in the past. The price was very reasonable too. Thank you BAX MUSIC!”

“I bought a Fazley Hard case. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the case. It fits my strat and my tele very nicely and will keep them safe from knocks for many years to come. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend.”

“The Epiphone short scale bass was a great price and is beautiful. I find it easier to play compared to a standard bass, as the frets are closer together. I was so impressed with communication and the speed of delivery - it arrived in a couple of days and I was able to try It out at a local pub jam. The organisers commented on how the sound was much better than my old bass. Would definitely recommend this bass and Bass Music.”

“Excellent product and good service. Of note the rivet on the latch has come off after One use (image attached) but I managed to fix it with new rivet. Might be worth to checking other units for defects around closing mechanisms.”

“I watched several reviews on you tube to inform my decision on which mic to buy. I chose the MXL770 and imagine my delight when I found one on the Bax website between £30-£40 cheaper than anywhere else. So a no brainer, the ordering was simple and straightforward and delivery was as expected. I recommend Bax as the first place to check for any musical equipment you require. Excellent.”

“Delivered when requested by Parcelforce. Ironically the case I ordered for my new guitar was more securely packaged than the guitar itself. The packing box was too large and there was insufficient padding. The manufacturer's box was damaged too, meaning it was close to being open and the guitar looked like it could have fallen out. Relieved that it was undamaged but would hesitate to purchase anything fragile from them in future despite the decent price.”
