“Excellent customer service via email. Returns policy is generous. Fast turnaround of returned guitar for a direct replacement. It's a shame Bax policy is to not inspect guitars before dispatch as this could stop defective items reaching customers.”

“Don' Leave home without one!! If you have a good amp/speaker - none of this modelling stuff, get yourself an SM57 and an Innox IVA 19 Guitar Amplifier Microphone Clamp. So easy to set up and use. This little piece of gear has transformed my routine and I would not be without it. Slips neatly into my leads box. Love it. Great service and value from BAX Music as always!!”

“I purchased a guitar from Bax Music. As it was so cheap I thought it would be one of those "too good to be true" purchases. However, the guitar arrived on the day that Bax said it would and in perfect condition, as you would expect. So I am writing this rave review to ease my conscience.”

“I have been an entertainer for many years & have constantly upgraded my various rigs. I’m a big RCF fan & had read much about the new 912s I had never heard of Bax Music but their price was the best I could find. Their delivery options were very helpful & they delivered when they said they would. Very professional & do exactly what it says on the tin.”

“Very disappointed I ordered a guitar to be delivered on Tuesday. Saturday I’m still chasing it. I have spoken to bad music who assured me it went out to parcel force. Bax agreed to ring parcel force to check, they never rang. After countless calls to bax I’m still waiting for the guitar and to find it’s where about so. Im now personal chasing parcel force who are just as unhelpful. Sunday still no joy and still no guitar.”

“Ordering was a breeze, easy to find what I needed, and their price was unbeatable anywhere else (google shopping did the heavy lifting). No idea how they managed to sell the PA speakers so cheap new. Quick delivery and they included U.K. IEC cables as the speakers came with EU ones. Couldn’t be better. Fast delivery.”

“The guitar kit arrived a couple of days late but I had been warned that there was a logistics problem which had been overcome. The guitar was easy to assemble, but I'm having some trouble with the nut being a bit too high making open E and A chords sound out of tune. Any help with this?”

“I wasnt looking for a Les Paul but i saw great price for a Classic ..i was then offered a 10% discount code which made it too irresistible to ignore. Ordered and was with me in 2 days and played great straight out of the supplied Gibson logo case . Have bought musical gear from Bax before always low prices and delivery .”

“The item a Maglite torch, seems fine. I have yet to load it with batteries to check it out. However, the packaging was nonsensical. A large flat box inside of which the small box containing the Maglite just banged about. The large box was a waste of resource and not fit for purpose. A smaller box or even wrapping the Maglite box direct would have been far better.”

“Item arrived late due to a logistic malfunction at their warehouse. When it eventually arrived the box contained a completely different product that I did not order. When I spoke to customer services there was no apology, they said it was my fault for ordering B-stock. Complete waste of time and money”

“Delivery was late from UPS! ordered for delivery on Thursday, they tried to deliver Tuesday, so changed to Thursday as asked and they delivered on Friday. Needed table for Saturday event, this was a courier fault. Table great with height adjustment and strong, however not easy to put up and down if you dont have much muscle. Corner was bent and height adjustment notch broke straight away. Managed to adapt for the night for a planned event. This would be a manufacturers fault.”
