“I've never ordered from Bax before, but I'm genuinely impressed with both the range of products offered and the speed of delivery - I placed my order after work and received it just two days later, and really securely packaged. I placed a second order (of things I'd forgotten to get the first time around...) less than a week later and it was just as well packaged and swiftly delivered - great service all round! I'll be Bax...”

“Bought a Sire Marcus Milker bass - easy on line order, quick delivery and bass was in perfect new condition. I would have given you 5 stars if you had taped shut the internal box the quotation was packaged in - it hadn’t opened in transit but had started too - this could have resulted in the guitar coming out of packaging and getting damaged - one easy fix for you? Overall great experience and fantastic price - well done !!”

“Tuner is great but the packaging was awful! A huge box - A3 size for a matchbox sized item - with no soft packaging so the tuner banged around inside the big box throughout the journey. It's a wonder it works OK. And it is so wasteful of resources. Definitely prompts me to shop local in future. It is high time Bax Music wised up to the environmental necessities.”

“Hi, to be honest, I was a little disappointed with the ukulele, I was under the impression that it would become already set up, unfortunately the workmanship on the ukulele was very poor, I’ve had to sand down rough edges that keep catching my hand when strumming also the knuckles / nuts where not finished and turning gears were loose, it’s as if it’s just been Sent straight on from the manufacturers in China without being checked by you. “Wow! When I ordered this guitar I did expect it to be excellent; but how it is in real is far, far better than I expected it to be. It is great not only in looks, build and overall quality, but the wide variation in sounds / tones, which is not only brought by the P90's, but a 5 position pickup switch as well as the fact that it also has push/pull focus switch.”

“I was looking for a good quality folding bench for keyboard (although I actually use it for playing the saxophone at gigs). I found a K&M one (not many stores stock these), good wide seat with the option of a carrying bag from K&M specifically made to transport the folded bench seat. I ordered both items and they arrived next day very well packed in a Bax Music box. I am very happy with both items and have already used the bench seat for a gig - very comfortable and extremely quick to set up and fold down. Bax Music have a very wide selection that is in stock, unlike some other retailers and the prices are competitive.”

“For my sons 18th we got him a Pioneer plx-500. The turntable is a good weight and seems well made. He is thrilled with it. Sounds great for direct drive. We have a Rega Planar 2 for comparison. The pioneer does well. And adds convenience of use.”

“Recently purchased Fazely guitar/bar stool great product at half price of comparable stools with bigger brand names emblazoned on them. Only con to this stool is the high gloss shine which is slippery, that said so are most other brands. Also bought Fazely GC-AC550BO1 acoustic guitar case for my Yamaha APX 600 and is a great fit and lovely case. Great products from Fazely”

“Hi. I just wanted to thank Bax Music for the excellent service they provided supplying me with my Flight Pathfinder electric ukulele. I chose Bax Music because of the really great price they offered. The online process for payment was really easy and the follow up emails were very informative. My uke arrived on time and was excellently packaged. Having purchased literally dozens of ukes from the internet this was packaged the best. Outstanding. The uke was a complete success and was playable with minor tuning straight out of the box. Looks great, fantastic quality and great tone. I love the Flight Pathfinder and would highly recommend Bax Music. A five out of five from me. Many thanks Tom Whiteley”
