Apart from receiving the automated emails, no tracking number was provided, so no way of understanding the method of shipping or actually tracking the shipping. - and not in spam
Was required for a studio build Friday 19th.
By Friday 19th @8pm and nothing has arrived - not happy.
Wrote to the customer-support email address on Friday evening - now Tuesday, and no response received from customer support.
However I did get (another automated) email, thanking me for choosing to make the purchase on their web store, and asking me to review it in these three places - so here it is!”

I could see that payment could be made via PayPal so it gave me some comfort that there would be someone there in the background in the event of any problems. I selected the standard free delivery service and received the item recorded delivery in just over a day. Absolutely amazing service with updates from Bax and DHL map tracking provided.
