“I needed a stable but folding stand for a tenor recorder. The stand is neat, folds down quite small, and is very good value. Arrived very quickly, in time for our last gig, so overall I am a very happy musician. Thank you Bax!”

“Bought a Charvel guitar last week which I can't play at all cos I'm on a luthier's waiting list to get the guitar set up. The bone nut is so high the guitar feels like a double bass and you can't play it all. No Allen keys provided either. A shame”

“I just bought a Fazley FRC618BK, basically because as a Beatles Fan I always liked John Lennon’s Rickenbacker. I didn’t know what really to expect because of how inexpensive it was - but I was pleasantly surprised. Taking into consideration the price point I would say this is excellent value. A wee bit of Fret Buzz on the top string isn’t an issue, and all in all I am pleased with my purchase”

“This is the second time I’ve used the company; both times similar priced and specification keyboards. First time a Yamaha and second time a Casio. Both products are lovely to use and as per YouTube reviews, they are almost equal albeit they have different forte. Both times the company was excellent. Good alerts regarding payment and despatched. Good use of ParcelForce, which is so much better than some of the logistics providers. The fact I returned to Bax for the second purchase speaks volumes”

“Bax Max were very good in handling my order, and I particularly liked the dates I could choose to have my Stratocaster delivered. They were quick and efficient. The Guitar came in first class condition, along with all the paperwork and tools required. I like the idea about returns and refunds, but I can't see who would want to return an item of this quality, the guitar stand I ordered came with the guitar and that too is good quality.”

“Just going to copy and paste from trust pilot review so they get the message. Product has yet to arrive. Happy to amend this comment if it ever does. Bax Music send a lot of automated emails under the guise of being helpful but it comes unstuck when they ask for a review for a product you have emailed them about having not arrived and they haven't even emailed back. Hopefully they take note of this, as yet though certainly would not recommend”

“I just had an email asking "How do you like your Fazley FLP318WH Electric Guitar (White)?". Seeing as I've not received it 5 days after it was supposed to arrive, I'm finding it hard to answer that question. I've come to accept the fact that literally everything I order from Bax will be about a week later than they say. The only reason I return is because of the value for money. If Bax gave a realistic time frame in which the goods would arrive I'd give them 5 stars.”

“Bought a Fazley GC-EC450GD Case to use with a Fender Stratocaster. The guitar fits perfectly and the lining is soft and plush. The outer is hard plastic and looks and feels like it will take a few knocks. Compared with a Gator that I use for a Les Paul it is not quite as bullet proof but at over half the price is good value. The storage compartment is a bit small and really good for picks, tuner and small stuff. A trem arm will and I carry spare strings in a soft bag under the headstock but that doesn't come with the case. I'd buy again but maybe try the slightly larger rectangular option”
