“I suspect that a lot of guitarists like me when buying a "budget" guitar like the Fazley FST100WH-M would be planning to change the pickups, upgrade the tremolo system and tuners in any case, and even factoring in a few quid to do this, the guitar is a steal at the price. How does anyone actually build a guitar of this quality for less than £80? Bax' service is first-rate and I cannot do more than say I'm impressed - the instrument was packed in two stout boxes, with plenty of bubble wrap to keep it safe in transit. I've no doubt that I'll be back for another guitar before too long. In short: great price, good guitar, great service.”

“I have a love , hate relationship with Bax, when things go wrong they go wrong badly, however, now they have cut ties with the truly awful delivery service Hermes/ Evri things have improved enormously .
This is the third guitar I've bought from Bax all have been excellent, the customer service has improved in the fact you do now get a reply , although not the speediest .the returns process is seamless and excellent.I have used it countless times without a hitch, excellent way to try pedals.
You'll receive the guitar as it's left the factory so you're in the hands of the factories QC, they don't receive any set up adjustments pre sale.”
