I recently got the Squier Affinity Jazzmaster from Bax music and couldn't be happier. Very quick delivery and ready to play straight out of the box! It would be hard to beat on price and service. The guitar is perfect and it won't be too long before I make another purchase 😀🎸

Bax is a pleasure to deal with. Really simple to order online and was delivered on the day that I selected. I had a slight problem with my payment going through but Bax we easy to contact and stayed online to ensure my payment went through. Items arrived well packaged and were easily trackable. A pleasure to deal with 5*'s

I ordered with you on the 12th March and my confirmation said delivery by the 14th. We ordered it for my son's gig. Nothing arrived and no communication on the 14th so on the 15th I emailed the customer services email address you provide. No acknowledgement or response. When nothing was delivered on the 16th and still no reply from BAX I email again to say I suspect something fraudulent. Still nothing from you. The item finally arrived on the 17th, fortunately one of us was home, as we'd had no communication that it was going to arrive. The only communication I've had from you is this asking for a review. So here it is. You've also asked me to leave a review on trust pilot and facebook. I will do if I don't get any response from you on this either. One star for the product, and one star for price. Zero stars for delivery and minus stars for customer service. There is a little box to the left of this saying queries are resolved in under an hour. I'm on 6 days and still waiting.

Great price for a very comfortable and nice looking piano stool. Delivery was a day later than expected, but that was due to a delay with ParcelForce not Bax

My recent order with Bax Music was dealt with very efficently and I received email updates throughout the process, up until delivery. I also ordered an extra item a few hours later than the first one and both orders were delivered together. If you add on Bax Music's competitive prices, it made the whole process quite rewarding.

Arrived on time and good communication. The item it's self is very good and Win11 Pro recognises it without issue. Fidelity is really good and overall would be mistaken for a far more expensive mic.

Just received my Lovely New Innox PB60BK piano stool and have to say I'm super pleased with it , extremely well finished and weighs an absolute ton , really sturdy and beautifully finished only downside was Parcelforce were extremely slow in delivering it as it was almost a full week behind the scheduled delivery date but it's hete at last and to say I'm happy with it is an understatement so thank you Bax for an absolutely excellent product

As of yet I still haven’t received the order. After not hearing anything, and the Parcelforce app not recognising the Order number, I sent an email asking for clarification to Bax. I then followed this up with a call and was informed the lorry was stuck in customs. My email had not warranted a reply. They said they had No idea as to how long the lorry would be held for and then I receive notification of a failed delivery attempt from Parcelforce. I’m still waiting for their next attempt. Communication from Bax has been left wanting and I would be hard pressed to consider ordering with them again.

Ordering was easy on the website. I was able to select a date for delivery. However the delivery was delayed by 3 days. I did receive an email alert to inform me there were delays. Let’s hope this is resolved for the future.

How am I supposed to review an item I do not possess?It is now Day 8 and I have still not recieved the item!! Maybe I am a little naive to consider that an item showing as "in stock" on a co.uk website could actually be "in stock" in the UK!! Apparently the item is being sent from the Netherlands.Disgusted with the poor service,and will not be using Bax again!

Taking the Mick Not only have, I had no confirmation of conversations, I was promised, after ringing three or four times instead I get how do we do email ,now I’ve got hope you’re enjoying your product, I haven’t even had my product had no help in where it is just we will ring Parcelforce, which I’m feeling now isn’t happening. it’s now a week later from when I ordered and still nothing. I needed this product last Tuesday as a present. It’s now way too late I think it’s disgusting, how I’m being handled left in the dark I’m starting to feel like I’ve been ripped off

Ordered a roland td 07kx drum kit and I'm delighted with the service I received I was kept up to date and had a very good tracking system parcel arrived on time delivery guy was very pleasant item was well boxed and protected from any possible damage there was no problem at all with my order and it was the best price I could find can't recommend Bax music enough I would have no hesitation in using them again

Price for the items I purchased was the best I could find on the internet & the delivery service was absolutely spot on which in this age of indifferent to average service was a pleasant surprise. I can't speak for others but the service I received was definitely 5 star.
