“I have no complaints about Bax, but Parcelfarce lets the side down considerably. The item should have been delivered on Monday. It's now Friday, and they STILL have no tracking data on their website. Like a lot of things messed up by the Conservative Party..... it should never have been privatised! “The item (Inox GM-01 gooseneck mic mount) was perfect for a custom floorstand modification for my Rode NT1 (also bought from Bax). It was excellent value (but see below). Delivery was very prompt.
My only complaint was that it could not just be posted, the delivery more or less quadrupled the cost! Also the packaging for a very small item was well OTT (a large pizza-size cardboard box) - not very environmentally friendly!”
“There was a problem with only 1 of the 2 packages comprising the Hammond stand despatched. Enrique in Customer Services took ownership and sorted it out despatching a complete replacement which has now arrived as soon as the incomplete item was collected. First class service on Enrique's part and with good communications too.”
“This guitar was half price and I have received every penny of my money. The neck is decent, although it is a left-handed neck bolted to a right-handed guitar. The frets need rounding-off but are even except for a handful of spots. The volume pot doesn't work, but as this was B-stock I knew I was going to swap out components. The tuners are reasonably erratic and the pups do a fair job.
Bax have been great and the only thing I can fault them for is the use of Parcel Force. Don't ever use Parcel Force.”

“Please avoid this company. I paid for fast delivery, it came late. I purchased a cajon which arrived incomplete (a missing snare). Bax music have been very slow and unresponsive in sorting this. I am now at the stage where I have filed a formal complaint with them. They have my missing snare component available in stock on their website and have told me twice that they will generate an order to send it to my home address. Still no snare component has arrived. I still don't even have a confirmation email that they have sent one. The order was placed 17 days ago. Disgraceful.”

The delivery was late. I was expecting it to arrive on Wednesday and was notified of a failed delivery attempt on Friday, despite me being home all day.
I needed the upighter for a party on Saturday and ended up having to collect it from Parcel force depot myself on Saturday morning., despite having paid for delivery.
The uplighter was quick to charge (3 hours as described) but the battery only lasted 4.5 hours which was very disappointing and not what I was expecting as it is advertised as lasting up to 25 hours.”
