“I have never bought anything from Bax Music before and must admit I was hesitant at first about buying anything after reading some of the reviews that mentioned delays in receiving items. I could see that payment could be made via PayPal so it gave me some comfort that there would be someone there in the background in the event of any problems. I plucked up the courage and purchased an Ibanez TMB35 and must say that I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and smoothly the transaction and delivery went. I selected the standard free delivery service and received the item recorded delivery in just over a day. Absolutely amazing service with updates from Bax and DHL map tracking provided. Excellent guitar at an incredibly low price that couldn’t be matched anywhere online by any other company. Kudos to Bax”

“I ordered a guitar which should have been delivered 3 days ago. There is no tracking information with Parcelforce and no one is picking up the phone in customer services. Anyone I did speak to has not come back to me. I would not recommend this company.”

“I became the owner/player of the ANueNue UC10 after finding the colour I wanted ( Black Forest) competitively priced at Bax Music. After a week the strings have settled, it gives a bright, pleasant and pleasing sound. It’s very light, so at the moment I’m managing without a shoulder strap.The case supplied is well made and I am quite confident it will give adequate protection. Overall very pleased with the UC10 and the services of Bax Music.”
