“I suspect that a lot of guitarists like me when buying a "budget" guitar like the Fazley FST100WH-M would be planning to change the pickups, upgrade the tremolo system and tuners in any case, and even factoring in a few quid to do this, the guitar is a steal at the price. How does anyone actually build a guitar of this quality for less than £80? Bax' service is first-rate and I cannot do more than say I'm impressed - the instrument was packed in two stout boxes, with plenty of bubble wrap to keep it safe in transit. I've no doubt that I'll be back for another guitar before too long. In short: great price, good guitar, great service.”

“Dispatched order immediately, item was completely as described. There was a delay but it was the fault of the courier company. BAX very kindly refunded the postage cost, even though they were on no way responsible and I didn’t request them to. Will definitely use BAX again. Thanks”

“"Order now receive on Tuesday" - Yeah right.... To fast to blame the courier service. Don't promise what you can't deliver. Parcel force are shocking! Give you no information when they are coming. Didn't arrive on the day as you promised. And I'm still having to mess about chasing up my delivery. And you send me a link to ask how my product is.... 🤣 So far... Not impressed.”

“I have a love , hate relationship with Bax, when things go wrong they go wrong badly, however, now they have cut ties with the truly awful delivery service Hermes/ Evri things have improved enormously . This is the third guitar I've bought from Bax all have been excellent, the customer service has improved in the fact you do now get a reply , although not the speediest .the returns process is seamless and excellent.I have used it countless times without a hitch, excellent way to try pedals. You'll receive the guitar as it's left the factory so you're in the hands of the factories QC, they don't receive any set up adjustments pre sale.”

“Ordered Monday 15th, two Konig & Meyer 23855 table flanges; (Order: 10866063) showing in-stock, and promised delivery by Thursday 18th. Apart from receiving the automated emails, no tracking number was provided, so no way of understanding the method of shipping or actually tracking the shipping. - and not in spam Was required for a studio build Friday 19th. By Friday 19th @8pm and nothing has arrived - not happy. Wrote to the customer-support email address on Friday evening - now Tuesday, and no response received from customer support. However I did get (another automated) email, thanking me for choosing to make the purchase on their web store, and asking me to review it in these three places - so here it is!”
