“Well, I had read some unfavourable reviews but decided to chance it. I placed my order for a guitar case at 5.00pm on Friday. It offered my Tuesday as a delivery date but I never thought that would happen. It arrived first thing Wednesday morning. It is excellent, well worth the money and cheaper than anywhere else. Can't fault anything. The bad reviewers were either very unlucky or very picky.”

“My order was dealt with by Bax Music very promptly, and I was advised that the item had left their warehouse on the same day I ordered it, so far so good.
I placed my order on a Tuesday, but by the Friday there was still no sign of my purchase.
I rang Bax on the Monday, and was dealt with very effectively. The delay with my order appears to have been caused by Parcel Force, something which seems to be a problem according to other reviews I've read. Bax Music really should address this issue, or use another courier.
Apart from that, the item arrived in a sturdy box, and was undamaged. Although I bought it as a gift for a friend, I am impressed with the quality and value for money of the item.”

“Incredible value , a little adjustment at the bridge and it was spot on . A really good intro into into fretless bass playing .Plugged in it as a good clear sound ,it comes fitted with wire wound strings , my preference on fretless is for flat wound to give a more double bass sound , but at £88 who is going to complain ? Not me ! Mick”
“This B stock Cordoba 35T ukulele was almost half price. It has a small blemish on the finger board, and the compartment in the case is coming unglued. None of the problems were structural or important. Excellent value and an amazing sounding ukulele. Thank you Bax.”
