“Order arrived on time and well packaged. I bought a Fazley 3/4 left handed guitar for using on the couch or in the garden. I fitted a bone nut and saddle and lighter strings as I found it a little dead sounding. It now plays great! I only paid £40 plus delivery so I was expecting to do a little tweaking. I’m really pleased with it for that money. Solid top too 😃”

“I have made several purchases with Bax Music this year , 3 x Hard guitar cases and also a beautiful Epiphone Frontier Masterbuild acoustic guitar. I find Bax Music unbeatable on price and there delivery is very good and competitively priced. I am not an impulsive buyer and always compare prices before buying and I saved at least £300 on the purchases above . So I will definitely be using them again . Thanks Bax”

“A YouTube reviewer who reviews Fazley guitars recently said he found Bax Music were very responsive, and listened to him to improve their products. As a customer for guitars, I have had the same experience. One out of stock item was promptly refunded within the short stated period. I find the Bax staff excellent, both for products and service. Delivery is fast, products well packed and of excellent quality, and that's without even considering the amazing prices. I have three Fazley guitars, and intend to buy more. Would highly recommend, ten out of ten, a very pleasant, hassle-free, positive experience”

“Bax Music is exactly what I need from a musical instruments distributor. My area is MIDI keyboards, and other accessories for computer music production. To me, that's where Bad Music shines. They have the product selection, the right price, and delivery is a couple of days. Their couriers always leave something to be desired, not very communicative, but that's them. not Bax.”

“Well, I had read some unfavourable reviews but decided to chance it. I placed my order for a guitar case at 5.00pm on Friday. It offered my Tuesday as a delivery date but I never thought that would happen. It arrived first thing Wednesday morning. It is excellent, well worth the money and cheaper than anywhere else. Can't fault anything. The bad reviewers were either very unlucky or very picky.”
