“I have bought two guitars now from Bax, both arrived later than advertised, i dont know why they just cant state the delivery will be four or five days from placement of order then people wont be annoyed when it doesnt arrive in the two day window they push on the listings.
Bass arrived damaged, strap button was broken or sheared off, nowhere in the box so it wasn't during transit, poor quality control maybe at the factory who knows.
The remnants of the screw was still in the body of the bass, Bax have offered to refund me completely if i return the bass, but i like the instrument so have carefully pulled the remnants out and fitted a new strap button.
The first guitar i bought though was great and had no problems, apart from being late delivery as mentioned above.”
“Very slow delivery - a week later than expected, but I suspect that was more Parcel Force than Bax.
Guitar (Lag Tramontane) came perfectly packed. The instrument sounds great, but the action is horribly high and I am going to have to do some setting up on it to make it properly playable, which i wasn't expecting, but it's not a huge deal.
Once set up it will be a very sweet guitar.”
“This is the second time I have used bax music but it won’t be the last, I ordered parts from bax and they were there in two days and, I live in Belfast so, very prompt delivery and the parts were of really good quality and fairly priced thank you bax👍”
“The item I ordered was showing as in stock both before I placed the order and also upon completion of the order.
When I received the package (shipping was not particularly quick) the only thing I received was a Euro to UK power adapter.
I was advised, upon calling, that the item was on back order and the agent said he didn’t know when they would receive it, the suggestion being that I wait indefinitely. As this was not acceptable he was happy to cancel my order. He advised refund would take 7 days which I have now received. Refund I received however did not include the shipping I had paid even though I didn’t receive the item.
Terrible experience all round and a total waste of time to be honest.
Just to put this level of service into context, that afternoon I ordered the same item from another vendor and without any fuss or delay it arrived the following day.
There are plenty of vendors selling all the same gear online so no big loss but I definitely wouldn’t use these guys again.”
“Ordered a NUX Mighty Space modelling amp from Bax Music. It arrived late but I can't blame Bax for this, it was sent by Parcel Force and that's where the problem was. They sent a message saying it was out for delivery so waited all day then got a message saying they had took it back to the depot, so another day waiting. The tracking is rubbish, but as I say not Bax Music's fault, except they pick Parcel Force as their courier. One problem, but again is it Bax Music to blame or NUX, the power adaptor they sent didn't fit the two pin on the supplied power cable.
All told I'm happy with Bax Music if these problems are in fact not their faul.”
“Every time I order from this company from Folkestone the order arrives late.I’m still waiting for my keyboard I ordered 7 days ago, The same happened with other orders I have placed in the past.I don’t recommend BAX music and won’t be using again in the future.”

“Well I'm sorry I can't award 5 stars across the board, because Bax got the instrument to me on time and in good condition. As far as the instrument itself goes, it's a delightful little ukulele from Flight, but the steel C string is overpowering. It clearly was meant for a different genre of music than just playing backing chords.”

“Better than I expected at £48 for a new hard case,quick dispatch and delivery looks great , only time will tell how it lasts, one minor fault there’s 3 circular indents on the top of the case , which looks like other cases of the same were stacked ontop of each other and the metal feet on the back have dug in the top of the one below, but im sure it will get worse than that over time, not in the same league as gaitor,hiscock or TkL but around a third or quarter of the price they’re pretty good value and probably better than a decent gig bag around the same price. My 1st purchase from BAX but it will not be my last”
