“The item I ordered was showing as in stock both before I placed the order and also upon completion of the order. When I received the package (shipping was not particularly quick) the only thing I received was a Euro to UK power adapter. I was advised, upon calling, that the item was on back order and the agent said he didn’t know when they would receive it, the suggestion being that I wait indefinitely. As this was not acceptable he was happy to cancel my order. He advised refund would take 7 days which I have now received. Refund I received however did not include the shipping I had paid even though I didn’t receive the item. Terrible experience all round and a total waste of time to be honest. Just to put this level of service into context, that afternoon I ordered the same item from another vendor and without any fuss or delay it arrived the following day. There are plenty of vendors selling all the same gear online so no big loss but I definitely wouldn’t use these guys again.”

“Ordered a NUX Mighty Space modelling amp from Bax Music. It arrived late but I can't blame Bax for this, it was sent by Parcel Force and that's where the problem was. They sent a message saying it was out for delivery so waited all day then got a message saying they had took it back to the depot, so another day waiting. The tracking is rubbish, but as I say not Bax Music's fault, except they pick Parcel Force as their courier. One problem, but again is it Bax Music to blame or NUX, the power adaptor they sent didn't fit the two pin on the supplied power cable. All told I'm happy with Bax Music if these problems are in fact not their faul.”

“Every time I order from this company from Folkestone the order arrives late.I’m still waiting for my keyboard I ordered 7 days ago, The same happened with other orders I have placed in the past.I don’t recommend BAX music and won’t be using again in the future.”

“The service provided by BAX music is dreadful. Deliveries are late, no tracking information and customer service staff are useless with no ability to provide answers. I would never buy from this source again and would suggest no one else does.”

“The service from BAX was fine, but the quality of the guitar I bought is poor. Not very playable, the bridge unstable, nut far too high, and it doesn't stay in tune properly.”

“Well I'm sorry I can't award 5 stars across the board, because Bax got the instrument to me on time and in good condition. As far as the instrument itself goes, it's a delightful little ukulele from Flight, but the steel C string is overpowering. It clearly was meant for a different genre of music than just playing backing chords.”

“Better than I expected at £48 for a new hard case,quick dispatch and delivery looks great , only time will tell how it lasts, one minor fault there’s 3 circular indents on the top of the case , which looks like other cases of the same were stacked ontop of each other and the metal feet on the back have dug in the top of the one below, but im sure it will get worse than that over time, not in the same league as gaitor,hiscock or TkL but around a third or quarter of the price they’re pretty good value and probably better than a decent gig bag around the same price. My 1st purchase from BAX but it will not be my last”

“Overall I am very pleased with the FRC618BK guitar I purchased. Parcelforce delivered on my chosen day and their parcel tracking worked well. The guitar was well packed, it will need a bit of setting up such as some of the frets need to be levelled and polished. The fretboard needs some fret oil applied and better strings fitted. The tuning pegs held tune well once the strings bedded in. For the price paid it is a great guitar. It looks classy in a jet black finish. For someone looking for an inexpensive cool guitar I would recommend the fazley FRC618BK.”

“No complaints with delivery as it was very fast and arrived on the scheduled day. The bass however did require a certain amount of work to get it into a playable condition. There was zero neck relief which meant that there was fret buzz all over the fretboard. I had to adjust the truss rod(a lot!) and bridge to make it playable. Additionally the small nut and bolt holding the pickguard to the retaining bracket was missing so I had to source a replacement. But the bass was attractively priced so I was prepared to accept these shortcomings.”

“Delivered on time, the only problem being was the packaging was damaged but everything was OK except 1 item was missing, the plectrum must have fallen out somewhere in transit. I didn't notice how badly the packaging was damaged until the parcel force driver had gone or I would have refused delivery. Not Bax's fault but maybe smaller items could have been put in the guitar case. On the whole great products and delivery was on time.”

“I ordered an Odyusa carry case from Bax Music for my Akai Force. The price was very reasonable considering what some suppliers are offering. The case came with plenty of internal foam padding and the Force fits snugly inside it. However the delivery time quoted was inaccurate. I ordered the item on a Tuesday (before 10pm) and I was led to believe that I would have it by Thursday (it was confirmed to be 'In Stock'). This seemed reasonable considering that I was paying £5.95 delivery. The product actually arrived a week later on the following Tuesday. I've ordered products from other music gear suppliers, paid less delivery charge and the product has arrived the next day! If this is typical then Bax Music seriously need to look at the couriers they use.”
