“I think it would be great if customers could choose a sample size of the perfume they want to buy before buying it”

Hi Sophie, thank you for you're feedback but unfortunately the selection of samples we have are constantly changing therefore will be impossible to send specific samples at every customer request.

“Items were delivered quickly. The gift wrap add on service is great. Value for money. I bought two boxed sets. O e was a birthday present. The curious box set is lovely. There's a body souffle and a fragranced body shimmer powder.”

“Easy to order.the loyalty discount scheme is attractive.I was told next day delivery is possible .the email came thursday that the parcel was dispatched.I stayed in all day Friday till 3Pm.nothing came.returned home after 9pm.there was no card left just in case I missed the delivery. Yr warehouse in park royal.aprox 4 miles from my house.what's seemed to be the problem?? Perhaps I should collect this particular order from yr warehouse directly with a bigger discount. May I suggest 2 hours window delivery option to save time and spare us the customers the anxieties. I'D also LIKE to know why some fragrances ARE LIMITED TO ONLY 3 ?? “I am happy that the shop from you, but I felt uncomfortable that some time I asked clarifying questions for the order and the card you pay are not UK. This brought me stress that the shipment will be delayed, and a special gift.”

“Not quite sure why u limited some products to only 3 per order.So i had to re-order again and again which was very inconvenience to me and u r wastin more expenses posting Them out rather than giving more discount back to the customers!!!
