“This was my first mail order experience with Beauty Base. I was impressed with the updates on my order. When I needed to track my order the telephonist was very helpful & friendly. “It's a user friendly website, ordering was smooth and delivery quick. However, when purchasing natural products I do not expect to be 'gifted' with a sample from a branded prefund. It went straight in the bin and made the package smell strong (and in my opinion fake and chemically). I will use your commonly again but as long as you record that I do not want any samples of chemicals - alcohol, silicone, parabens etc.”

“Very good parfum presented in a very elegant package and comes with little free sample of oud body butter. A light sweet sent to match the strength of oud. Just amazing”

“The price and delivery of my purchase was excellent but I wanted the item gift wrapped and although the website says that you can choose the option to gift wrap on the items page, I was unable to and I used many devices (I.e. iPad, pc) to check whether that was the problem. Other than that very good service.”
