“Perfume dispatched 5 days after purchasing it from Beauty Base, wasting a lot of time and ruining plans of gifting it. Very disappointed.”

We are sorry you feel this way but as you opted for standard UK delivery this can take anywhere between 3-5 working days and unfortunately as you ordered just after the 'Black Friday' weekend (which was our busiest weekend this year) your delivery took 5 days instead of 3. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

“Was very pleased with my purchases from Beauty Base! Very quick, free delivery and looked lovely already wrapped. The only one thing I would mention is that I ordered several items, all gift wrapped but had to unwrap a couple at the ends to see which perfume was which! Could do with a little detachable label to identify individual products! Apart from that! Excellent! Thank you!”
