“My actual dealing with Beauty Base were very good, no problems paying and the goods dispatched promptly, with emails to confirm. Delivery was a nightmare, the courier failed to deliver although I did get my goods through other means. I contacted Beauty Base about this and again they were very good about it, and the Director advised that he would follow up on my behalf and let me know the outcome. I would have no problem buying from them again.”

“Got two messages and a phone call to say my goods are on the way and I still have not got them .the phone call said I will receive on Monday waited and waited no parcel .got tax saying Tuesday up to 6.30 and now it's 8.30pm no parcle no message .one unhappy customer.. I should of stuck with fragrance shop they neather let me down .let's see what tomorrow brings”
