“My package came on time and i was overall very very happy with the amazing price and the product however I called your Stratford store at 13.11pm on the 20/11/14 and My call was answered by an Asian lady. I was interested in buying more stock from yourselves and Pacifically asked for moschino chic petals gift sets or stock. It seemed as though she didn't fully understand what I was saying but after repeating it a few times it seemed as though she couldn't be bothered so she hung up on me. I called straight back and received no apology from the staff member then when I asked for the products again it seemed as though she couldnt be bothered to deal with my query and made up a lie to say the store was completely sold out of all stock. I found out this was a lie because since going to the store shortly after there was a shelf full. She was really rude over the phone and I have lost all trust in continuing to shop with yourselves. I am very disappointed.”
