“Purchased a lovely BMW X3. The salesman Andrew was friendly, polite and very professional. When viewing the car I noticed a couple of slight cosmetic problems that were resolved without question. Beck Evans took my old car in part exchange which made for a very easy transaction. All the staff were very helpful throughout the purchase. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use again. “I received good service throughout the period that i was involved with beck evans and i would recommend your services to other people. However i have a bad oil leak and i think this is coming from the oil coil which is a major job. Can anyone help or do i pick up the cost”

“Bought the car-it stank of diesel after the journey home-took it to my local garage and the fuel pipe was found to have a hole in from where someone had obviously had trouble replacing the hose after changing the fuel filter. It was a £30 job I e mailed Beck Evans a scan of the bill expecting them to either refund the £30 or at least say something-I got no reply.UPDATE 4.45pm Tim phoned from Beck Evans and apologised profusely and explained that there had been an oversight and that there was a cheque for £30 to cover the repair in the post. Very satisfied and pleased with the service.”

“1. I was impressed with Sales contact Andrew Couper regarding the vehicle preparation for sale (including minor aluminium wheel refurbishment); test drive and vehicle re-registration / payment details. Also good knowledge of product and friendly attitude. Thanks! 2. Very confused as to the benefit of the three-month Autoguard Warranty which seems to be mandatory and also seems to cover almost nothing expect perhaps the engine blowing up and even then that is highly doubtful. I should have read the detailed brochure before driving away from Beck-Evans and would NOT have paid that £190 Warranty cost. I was not aware that this was part of the asking price until I saw it itemised on the final Invoice. 3. I have had the vehicle inspected at my local Jaguar Specialist, who will be servicing and repairing the car in future. Two faults were noted that should have been picked up at the MOT on 29th September at Swanley Garage Services: - Both front lower shock absorber bushes badly worn - Both rear axle inner UVJ's worn I will be having these items repaired as soon as possible as they are safety related (how did it pass the MOT without at least an advisory?). Also the front plastic panel under the vehicle nose is broken and will need to be replaced (£150 parts cost). 4. Finally. it is a very nice, tidy, low mileage example and when all the bits are fixed, I am sure it will give me many years of pleasurable motoring. 5. Any comments from you welcome, especially regarding that Warranty!”

“I needed to replace, at short notice, my car that was written off in an accident and wanted something as close as possible to the original. Beck Evans had such a car. Although I had no previous knowledge of the company I was immediately confident in their honesty and professionalism through telephone and face to face contact. The efficient and helpful service provided by Beck Evans' staff really helped get past the trauma of the accident and loss of my previous car.”

“Very good ML jeep. Top end of the price range but the old saying you get what you pay for!! Very helpful car dealers. I would say if you need a new car go to them all there cars come with a 2 year warranty and it's a good one!! Thanks again the Merc is 1st Class”

“I have just purchased a VW Touareg which I collected on Thursday 1-10-15. The whole process of purchasing a vehicle from Beck Evans was a delightful experience. Andrew in sales was very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and easy to deal with making the handover a pleasure. The vehicle was very well presented on collection, I could not fault it. They have very helpful friendly staff and I would strongly recommend purchasing a used vehicle from them. “Buying a young Land Rover Discovery was a big deal for me and having found Beck Evans on the internet and having not gone down the approved used car via the franchised dealer network route, I was apprehensive. I needn't have been. The service I received from Beck Evans and from Matthew Couper in particular was outstanding. For me the real test of service is when things go wrong, like when my part ex vehicle decided to have a rear suspension collapse just as it was being road tested! Beck Evans could not have been fairer in the way this was dealt with, seeking only to recover the replacement part cost which in the end was manageable and not the deal breaker I at first feared. Some weeks later when I discovered a broken fuel filler protection device, without quibble Beck Evans cut me a cheque for the replacement part enabling me to use my local Land Rover specialist and saving me the need for a 120 mile round trip from my home to sort. I would have no hesitation in using Beck Evans again, their service is first class and they deserved my business.”
