“Had a problem with BMW windscreen that Sam Evans rectified. Had a new windscreen put in at the convenience at my doorstep. Pleased with response and communication received from him. Has made driving our car more pleasurable. Thank you!!!”

“Overall, pretty pleased: - Felt like I got a good deal (MOT/service/6 months tax/new tire included) - Picked me up from nearby location as it was raining - Down to earth staff were friendly and welcoming Constructive Criticism: - Although new tire was appreciated, it was inflated to 54psi when I checked next day... a touch over the norm! - One of the alloys has a large mark/flaked off bit of paint on one spoke, which was difficult to see when I looked round as it was rainy and there was a lot of water on the car. Not a big deal, but is a shame as the rest of the car was in good condition, as described. Thanks, Jonathan”

“Matt was very helpful. The car was serviced and valeted before we collected it and as the service took longer than expected I drove home in my old car and the new car was delivered later. Overall I was pleasantly impressed by the service and professionalism of Beck Evans and would happily recommend them to others.”

“Your service was excellent or rather very good dealing with your staff member Tim . The reason why I now rate the after services on the vehicle we bought as Very bad. We have the vehicle for about 3 weeks and the problems it's having I just feel like taking it back and claiming my money back. My wife liked the vehicle and prefered us to purchase the Rav4 from you and I wanted us to but it from the Toyota dealers because of the problems that we are facing now with you . It's very disappointing and frustrated when you get let down like what you are doing to us right now. Yes vehicles do breakdown but it should not be our problem if you don't have a automatic vehicle available which we can use whilst you repair the vehicle You appear to only be interested in our money nevermind all the inconveniences that we will be going through without a vehicle. We were very impressed driving into your yard , the services from your staff and that you delivered the vehicle and three weeks later we find ourselves in a helpless situation wishing we never bought this vehicle from you. My wife is very considerate and advised me to wait on Tim who will get back to us with a positive way forward to resolve the problem. I expect you to come up with a resolution by tomorrow as I will take further action. Many thanks Peter Curtis”

“Our company required a commercial vehicle for light use and we decided to purchase a VW Amarok, we searched for a dealer locally and there wasn't much choice, however Beck Evans had a few in stock, we called them to arrange a viewing and they got both of the trucks ready for viewing. We purchased on the day and the vehicle was delivered 3 days later. All in all a great service, they responded to our requests quickly, gave us a fair price and dealt with everything efficiently. We would definitely purchase from them again. PSTG Limited”

“Decided to buy a Ford Kuga as my family was expanding and got recommended to Beck Evans who had one for sale, extremely happy with their service, got a great price, much better than any others available on Autotrader, top marks for after care as well. Should I decide to buy another car (won't be for a long while as happy with my Ford Kuga) Beck Evans will be my first point of call.”
