“Quick and efficient, I just wish the bottles and cans were packed a little more safely with bubblewrap or something similar.”

“Your beer selection is excellent, i live overseas and the shipping is extremely fast so again no complaints. My one gripe is that if you are going to have star ratings then I would expect that they all should not be 4 stars. I would say either invest the time to give accurate opinion or link it to one of the ratebeer sites or something then people could even search for the top rated beers on your site. But its a minor gripe as I usually know what I want regards”

“Appreciated how quick I received delivery, but the texts could be improved by giving an a.m. Or p.m. Slots, as all options didn't suit me that day and five backup friends were al unavailable! Got the goodies, looking forward to sharing them Saturday. Glad to have alcoholic ginger beer, which I know is the best around!”

“Great beer. Totally unnecessary amount of non recyclable packaging. Fed this back but nothing changed. Beer hawk have better packaging but not as good beer... but over all good!”

“My partner has coeliac disease so finds it difficult to find a variety of beers; so when I found your website I was excited to order some beers he hasn’t had before. It is the first time I have used you and was happy with how easy it was to order. The communication via email about my order and the delivery has really impressed me but I was disappointed the order was wrong when I received a beer containing wheat. I emailed you straight and heard back straight away, I was told to have the incorrect beer myself and received the correct one the next day. Very happy with the service and how the error was dealt with. Will be using again and told to other coeliac's how good the website is for GF beer! Thanks again”

“Great beer at competitive rates. Disappointed with the packaging which was a tad over the top (whilst it did make me laugh at remembering my grandparents stuffing such polystyrene into the loft for insulation). I did write to ask if they'd observed delivery methods of wine merchants who don't go so overboard and they told me they'd just changed their packaging, so I will give them another go, otherwise I'll just be back to my local off licence.”

“You have the best beer selection of any website but the worst pricing structure for delivery. £7 regardless of quantity is not good enough when Beer Hawk have a much fairer system.”
