“When my order arrived, I had an item missing from the box. This was very disappointing as it was for a gift. However, when I sent an email about this I was given options to solve the issue and this was done quickly.”

“Great selection of Beer, easy to use and well thought out website and quick delivery don't quite make up for the fact that the prices are just slightly too high. I'm glad I got my order and have been enjoying my beers but I don't think I'll be ordering more anytime soon.”

“Ordered 6 cans of Kona Longboard, expected as per the image and just like when purchased in the USA that they would arrive in their cardboard carry box. Didn't happen :(”

“Site easy to use, great range although a few issues with stock on certain products. Beer arrived well packaged but 1 can hadn't survived the journey - didn't look like an issue with packaging however, so no fault of Beer Merchants.”

“Products are great and arrived very quickly. I ordered two beer hampers and would have expected them to come in a presentation box but they both came in a box together solely for delivery so now I will have to find something to put them in to give as a present”

“As it was a delivery to France I was happy with the delivery time. Packaging could be a little more secure to prevent movement but there was no damage to my delivery. I should highlight it was all cans no bottles”

“Really pleased with the product. Slightly frustrating that it let me purchase something that was out of date, but provided me with another replacement and arrived promptly in time for my boyfriend's birthday, who really liked it. Would definitely recommend a bigger selection of prints on the site, they're all fantastic and I was annoyed I couldn't get the one I wanted!”

“Pleased with the quick delivery of my shipment of cans and glassware. Packaging was a little sparse, and several cans were dented and some were rolling around loose in the box. I'd ordered a glass, and it was slotted in with the beer without any wrapping, but I was lucky to receive it without any cracks or breakage.”
