“Great beers but I had to cancel because of the price. It would be easier to be able to cancel online but in calling Beer52, Douglas helped make the cancellation process efficient.”

“Douglas was very helpful and cancelled subscription with ease. Activated subscription with a Father’s Day Deal, think it’s quite expensive otherwise. Having to phone customer service to cancel subscription was a nuisance, on hold for 10 minutes. Would be much simpler to cancel online but I suppose that’s how they entice you in to buying more. Beer was okay, Husband liked some and disliked some, so it’s a gamble when you order.”

“A refreshing change to your usual shop bought lagers and ales. Some of them a bit too different for my tastes (particularly the sour ones) and a bit on the pricey side at £2-£3 per can - so unfortunately did have to cancel my subscription - but just one phone call and all done without any hassle....”
