“Great selection of beers. Fast delivery. Douglas in customer support was absolutely superb dealing with me once I got through, my only complaint was having to wait 25 minutes on hold before being put through”

“I had to wait 20 mins for the call to be answered but when it was Douglas was very friendly and helpful. No issues cancelling my subscription.”

“Joined on a great offer,delivered well packaged and in perfect condition. The beer selection is good and so far tastes great. Sadly had to cancel subscription due to health check issues and spoke with Douglas who is very easy to deal with and all sorted quickly.”

“My parcel was delivered on time considering how close to Christmas it is. The website is easy to use and you get exactly what you are paying for. I bought it as a present for my boyfriend and he will be very pleased with it. Douglas was very friendly and helpful when I called for cancelling my subscription.”

“Douglas had been very helpful. I’ve bought two boxes of beer , I don’t drink beer so I can’t continue with the subscription . Couldn’t get through on the phone would be better to cancel on line. I would like it if you did a gin box !”

“Beers were always decent, and I am only cancelling as I am giving up bevvy for a while, and Angus was very good on the phone when I cancelled, but they should have a cancel online option.”
