“Douglas was extremely helpful in helping me with my call today. Friendly and understanding of why I was cancelling my subscription. Left me with a good view of the Beer52 that I might consider rejoining in the future once I can have people over again to help me get through the beer 🙃”

“Great introductory offer. Allowed me to try some interesting beers. Unfortunately not really for me, but cancelling was nice and easy and Douglas was friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely recommend them to craft beer drinkers.”

“Some great beers but if you like one they are difficult to buy. Douglas who I spoke to was absolutely fantastic. The only reason I’m leaving is I’ve got to give up drinking for my livers sake. No doubt I’ll be back in the near future 😂. I would give these 5 stars but it won’t allow me. Cheers”

“Had some fantastic beers and some good covering notes. Staff are always willing to answerer any queries. I wish I could have stayed a member longer however under Doctors orders.”

“received a box for christmas - quite enjoyed - tried to phone up to ask questions and then join up, no answer . failed to contact for days - consistently no one available to answer the phone - so have not joined. I became suspicious.”

“All the reviews mention Douglas, so no surprise that I’m writing another! I called to cancel my subscription after two boxes. I love the selection, but I only meant to have it for a short amount of time. Douglas offered me a great deal, and so I’ve stayed on for one more month. Really great service, even with a long customer service queue, but it sounds like there’s only a few people answering phones at the moment. Thanks!”
