“Nice beers but not the right for product for me. I phoned through and spoke to Douglas who was very pleasant and I cancelled my subscription. I had a short wait until I spoke to Douglas, but was on the phoned for a total of 5 minutes.”

“Douglas sounded like a top bloke. I called to cancel my sub’ due to having to cut back on expenses and was half expecting the usual awkward phone call when cancelling a service. But what I experienced was a nice easy and enjoyable convo’ with a complete understanding of my reasons for terminating my sub.”
