Douglas was helpful, phonecall was good although took a long time to be connected.

Beer was good, decent variety. Delivery service was good. However making me have to ring up to cancel my subscription in 2020 seems a little anti-consumer to me and makes me not want to ever think about re-subscribing in the future, as I don't want to have to go through that process again. If it wasn't for this, you would of gotten 5 stars. At least the customer service on the phone is excellent.

Great CS from Douglas, must be a tough job answering calls to people who want to cancel everyday, wasn’t pushy, showed humour and empathy. Although I Would prefer a non subscription service as it can be expensive especially if you don’t want them one month or even comes as a surprise as you’ve forgotten about it after 3 months. Great tasting beer though, thanks.

Ordered a trial box to see what this is like. Delivery was quick coming next day. I drink a beer or two a night so like trying different ones. When it arrived I was disappointed with the beers sent, 7 cans and one bottle, that's okay but they sent two of the same cans, it says on there advertising never try the same beer twice? You sent me the same one twice in the same box? The cans are also very dirty on top, this is only on two of them but it puts you off. Will not be renewing my subscription

Unfortunate that one of the beers broke in my order so I decided best to cancel my subscription. However the person handling the cancellation was great! Can’t complain about the customer service he delivered.

Douglas was very helpful and cancelled subscription with ease. Activated subscription with a Father’s Day Deal, think it’s quite expensive otherwise. Having to phone customer service to cancel subscription was a nuisance, on hold for 10 minutes. Would be much simpler to cancel online but I suppose that’s how they entice you in to buying more. Beer was okay, Husband liked some and disliked some, so it’s a gamble when you order.

Got a free box to try and it turned up quickly and well packaged. I only liked 1 beer in the box so decided to cancel. The first website I've seen in ages where you actually have to call to cancel so they can give you the hard sell on getting another box... not a fan of the tactics here.

The beer's okay, the delivery time isn't. I really don't understand why it takes over a week, COVID really isn't an excuse anymore.

First order sent out (courier Hermes), tracking stated delivered but it was NOT delivered. Informed Beer52 at once by email of the problem, took Rachel 5 days to respond and clearly she did not know problem had been resolved by Angus whom I phoned day after non-delivery (took 15 minutes to get through). Angus was very helpful, quickly established that Hermes had messed up! Order sent to wrong town and wrong county! He organised a replacement sent by Royal mail and also organised a discount for my second order. Please do not use Hermes!!

It's sadly just too expensive for the price you pay. The beer's are fairly small. Stubby cans and the 330ML bottles. So roughly, you're looking at £29 for maybe 4-5 pints if you're lucky. Compare that with Brewdog, who do 24 cans for £28.... Can't fault the friendliness and customer service however!

Good promos. Interesting beers although the range could be better. It’s nice to know you’ve always got a new box of beer just a few weeks away.
